They're in a dangerous business...that's for sure, especially with tornados and hurricanes happening everywhere.

Person's name is Jane Miculinich

If worst comes to worse have her name put through Transportation Securities Association and see what they can come up with.

You can also check with the attorney General's in those states to file complaints for harassment.

Caller ID Comes up "Unknown Number"... Person on the message claims to be a 'process server' and to call 877-540-3234 (with a specific case #) to avoid a trial... They're calling people I haven't seen in 20 years and playing this message! :/

I called this number (877-540-3704) and Juanita from Integrity Solutions answered.  Not sure why they keep calling me, I do not have any debt with this company.  She explained to me that they are a 3rd party debt collection agency trying to collect debt for their clients by telephoning and sending correspondence. They were trying to reach someone with a name similar to mine.  I explained to Juanita that there was no one here by that first or last name and to please take me off of their call list.  I was extremely nice to Juanita and she in return was nice to me.  But there has to be a way to block these unwanted calls.

They called my work twice. Never left a message.

This phone number is for Pinnacle Financial group. They call me numerous times a week from VARIOUS numbers. They're calling to collect for a t-mobile account. Typically when a debt collection company calls you it is via auto dialer. It usually takes a couple of seconds from the time you say hello to the time a rep answers you (the computer is connecting you to a live person.) Which is why you are greeted by silence when you answer. This is usually a dead sign of a collection company. Sometimes the computer drops the call before you are connected. Either way it's irritating. Another dead sign of a collection company is ?I?m calling in regards to a personal business matter.? Debt collection companies do no have to abide by the do not call registry, as they are calling to collect on a balance owed and the registry is to protect people from soliciting or people trying to sell you something. Its stated clearly on the DO Not Call website under More information - Information for Consumers NOT CHARITIES, SURVEY'S POLITICAL CALLS OR DEBT COLLECTORS. BUT collection companies do have to abide by FDCPA Laws and if they have the wrong number and you explain that to them, they are not suppose to continue to call. The FDCPA is also the reason they do not leave messages, as it is against the law for them to do so. I will leave this message on every phone number they call me from.

I received this call on my work cell and waited for someone to speak - she asked for "Lucinda" - when I told her she had reached a business cell number apologized and she hung up.

877-540-3704 called my number around noon yesterday. I did not answer, they did not leave a message.

Calls daily, no message, no idea who they want, definitely not me.

no, ended call once i saw the 877 prefix. the last time they called a couple of days ago, their message was something about a loan application soon to expire.

Calls me and says I have to hold?  I hold for minutes and it keeps making me press one, no one ever picks up.  Why would their calling system work in this way?

It is a debt collection agency.

They keep calling at different times of the day.  They have the wrong person!

calls me every day during my 3rd period class. when i do answer the phone they dont say anything. what do they want with a high school student?!?!?!?!?

this number called yesterday around 3pm and today at 4:20pm. I just ignore it. When they call the home phone, it's always for some other name.

This jerk company started calling my CELL phone the day after I obtained my cell phone (TracFone). Needless to say I had not given the number to anybody, but I did register it with the Do Not Call Registry. (A lot of good that does... Just another toothless government agency.) I didn't bother to answer it because I knew it couldn't possibly be anything for me. They have called about once a day for the past month. Today was the first day that I could complain to The Do Not Call... Again, a lot of good that will do, but I plan to complain every time a call comes in. I am also going to start pestering my congressman with complaints by email. It's easy enough to do. Why don't you pester your  guy too?

Calls and immediately says that representatives are not available and to please hold.  Screw that!  You called me!

Actually there is a way.  I believe that this outfit's home office is in Minnesota.  In that state anyone collecting money is required to register with the state office.  They are forced to give their name, address, phone number and any alias that they use.  All of this info is public and can be obtained through the capital.

FORWARD YOUR PHONE TO THEIR OWN NUMBER! "hello, this ia Pain-in-the-a** finance." "No, I'm Pinacle." "No, I am." Etc,. Etc..

Every evening arount 6PM they are calling my number! Where's the LAWS? What should we do? I have a debt on wamu, so? NOBODY answer the phone...

Calls from this number have been coming for days and when we answer there is never anybody on the other end.  Shows as "Not Provided" on the caller ID.

Get an AT&T telephone/answering machine/caller ID combo -- set the answering machine to "Announce Only" and set the ring times to "2 rings".

Record a quick message and when they call you will only be annoyed by 2 rings and the answering machine forces the call to hangup right after your Announce Only message.

This group of pond scum may also use 877-309-4163. Is anyone out there capable of getting some of THEIR home numbers? If so, POST THEM! I'd like to turn the tables on those punks who believe they're abvove the law.

This scum company is the collection company for WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, also know as WAMU, or how they prefer to be called now CHASE BANK.  What scum

Joe, so you neither the collection agencies, evidently don't care about the CEASE CLAUSE pertaining to harrassing telephone stoppage. If this is the case I can see quite a few FILES of LAWSUITS coming to the collection agency. Think before you speak!

I am also tired of receiving phone calls from: 877-540-3704. I am glad that I am not going through with this harrassment alone. There are others having this same experience. What can be done to prevent these calls from getting through to someone?

Oh dear must be another slow day at pinnacle, supervisor is telling the collector clones to make another useless all-caps "pay your bills" posting LOL.  How did you get picked "JOE" you havin the most trouble with your quota this week or just tryin to show some "initiative"?  Fun's over it's back to the boiler room with you thanks for sharing.
