This company has called me at work and I told her not to and today left a message on my boss's phone for me!!!! How can I get them to stop.

They will call any and evrryone making threats!

I have gotten multiple "private/blocked" calls from Claudia from DSN Associates or Diaz & Associates (unclear in her pronunciation) about a file # 41972 for a Lola Leal and to call her back at 1-877-544-2728x162. However when I've tried to call back my call doesn't even connect.

I have gotten multiple calls from collection agencies regarding this Lola Leal character from Hayward, CA and she uses my phone number as her contact since 2008. Really annoying to say the least.

So given the reasons for people wanting to contact her I can't imagine this is anything other than a collection agency

Someone from 877-544-2728 ext 163 Robert Diaz and assoc. called my husband last night and told him that he were a lawyer and  needed to drop off a summons., my husband told him he  didn't understand what they were talking about. He then told my husband he had 2 choices to clear up a dept, to pay it in full or make payments.  My husband took his number and said he would call back this morning.   I got on line to check this company out and found these messages and more out.  

These people have been calling me what do I do to stop them from calling me?

Robert is a scammer.  He is probably located outside the US, out of the reach of US law enforcement.  He cannot be stopped.

If I were you I would print this thread and show it to your boss and the HR department where you work.  Also give them the link to this site so they can check it for themselves.  That way when he calls again they will know whats going on and won't believe what Robert says.

And after reading your post, we STILL can't believe everything we read on the internet!!!

i got a call from 877-544-2728  ext 164 a john lizarago with Diaz and Associates these guys were threatening to have some papers sent to me at work i disregarded their calls thinking it was a scam after reading these posts on the internet and low and behold i was served at work to appear in court i never showed and NOW my wages are being garnished i should have called and worked out some sort of arrangement i called after to see if we could set up some sort of payment plan but they would not work with me they said i already was getting garnished and it was too late...it looks like you cant believe everything you read on the internet!!

I got a voice mail yesterday from Ernie with BS & Assoc.   The first & only message I had received said he had been trying to get in touch with the Supervisor or manager and that he had a complaint in his office on one of the current employees. He actually said my name as the person the complaint was on. He went on to say that he also had a question about the property then he said address as if he made a mistake by saying property then gave a ref#.  Strange thing is, I am the owner and the only "employee" of the business.  I googled BS & Assoc. & found legal advisors but they only worked with unions.  So I looked up the number and found this site.  I looked at caller ID and it listed that call as unavailable.  I have read every statement on here and I now know what the BS stands for.  Guess he had to change the name from Diaz & Assoc. to more fit his discription.

I received a call yesterday from Ernie.  He said he had a claim against me in his office.  I tried to tell him he had the wrong person, but he would not listen.  He was very rude & arrogant.  I finally had to hang up on him.

I too received a call from Diaz and Associates , they left a message that they have tried calling me several times... funny this was the first message I got! When you call them back, no matter which extension you dial all you get is voicemail...lol I've read everything on this site, its amazing how these people commit fraud and get away with it!!!

Someone named robert called my work and asked to speak to my boss. Luckily he is on vacation. Anyway he said there was a complaint about me and he wanted to "save some embarrassment and handle this over the phone". I am not going to call back, but how do i make sure he doesn't call back? How do i report someone like this?

Received a call from this a***ole Diaz.  8775442728.  Asking me about an ex-husband I divorced over 16 years ago.  Told him not to bother me with his problems again.  What is the recourse if this guy continues to call.  I asked the right questions.  Who are you,what do you what and why are you calling me>  He was nice..but could tell I had him on the ropes.

this jerk called my office on january 6th & told my HR manager that he needed to serve me with papers. My HR manager told him that employees are not allowed to receive personal calls @ work and told him not to call again. Then I received another call from my office on January 9th saying that he called again! what do i have to do to get him to stop? im afraid im going to lose my job!

Diaz and Associates are unethical debt collectors.  They also use phone numbers:  714-263-7164 and 714-263-7170

Some guy that called himself Robert Diaz, from Diaz and associates.  He told me he was a process server trying to find my daughter.  He didn't say what it was all about, so I don't know if it's a scam or not.

Some guy named John Lizeraga called my old boss and told her that he had a complaint against me and I called and tried to talk to them and ask who they were and the gut that answered was rude and demanding for me to tell him who I was and would not tell me who he was and what he wanted. Very scary.

some guy name robert diaz called.  he said a complaint was filed regarding my office.  i was confused. so i checked and read all the post about him. now i know this guy is not trustworthy.

Saying that he had a complaint filed against my husband. Not sure why California would be looking into us in the midwest. Please verify that this company is legite.

Just got a call from a dip$hit by the name of Robert from this number 714 263 7163 and told me to call him back at 877 544 2728 x 163. Apparently goes by DSN associates as well now, not just Diaz & Associates.The loser was rude and I hope he dies of a brain hemorrhage. I have no idea how he got my number but I wasn't even the right guy. If you see this number, don't call back. He's a total waste of time and space.

I am so happy I read these posting.  They almost had me about to give my rent money up.  I gald I rembember to check the phone number.  Pure _______(fill in the blank) call ny director threating and yelling at her for business which not have any concern of hers,  She told them she chould take a number for me to call back ( If I wanted) and later told me of their approach to get a hold of me.  Alarm went up all over the place!  Wow I am glad I put it together that these are collectors and not legal.  Legal offices would send things by mail with a full letterhead!

A Robert Diaz from Diaz and Associates called wanting me to get a messsage to my son to contact him at 877-544-2728 it was a very important message for him.

Got a call today from Robert.  He tried to get past my secretary using the line about the civil suit, saying that one of my employees was involved in a suit, and he needed to talk to me.  One quick google and I found all this information!
