we got a credit card charge of $89.19 posted 4 months after the supposed transaction and when I called this number it is a machine that does not return calls

I have been charged $89.90 to my debit card for starting a home business. I have never received any materials from income mentor now.. Last year I cancelled this but I have been charged again.
I have reported this to the Pennsylvania Attorney general office.

No calls received butI got charged $89.19 twice, once in June and once in July. I contacted my credit card company, Bank of America, and disputed it and they credited my account. Last week the charges reappeared on my credit card statement.  I called BOA and they said there was an order placed by my wife on 30 May and gave her email address. Funny thing is we were on vacation on 30 May and on the road all day with no computer access. So there is no way an order could have been placed!!. BOA told us to send a fax stating that no one authorized to use the card made these purchases and sign and date it. My wife googled ResvPower and found this site. So I am adding to these posts. Someone has a great scam going and is pulling the wool over some banking institutions eyes!!

These idiots called looking for my three year old! There is NOTHING in his name. I called the number back but of course the office is closed. The message said something like press 1 if you have a $4?.?? unauthorized charge, and press two for all other calls. Anyone l know who I could report these people to?

Dear, they do not have e-mail address, even if you call them they either going to hang up on you, as they did on me, or you will hear a recording that the office hours from 9 to 5 Pacific time. I called them during their hours, trying to leave a message, but the message box was FULL and cannot receive any messages. They charged my card twice for $89.19 each time, and I cannot do anything. I got charged just like the rest of you have.  Was charged $89.19 from RESVPOWER out of California.  This is fraudulent.  You need to cancel your bank accunt(s) pronto to prevent further charges.  Report this to your governor of the state you live in and they will track them down.

I have never rec'd a call from this #, but I just saw two charges of $44.09 two diff days from PRO-RESVWWW.RESV-POWECA and then another fee of $1.95 from MYPPHELP.COM 8005146993 diff date too all happened in July, 2011. I call Capital one to verify the company, I was told its a Medical service company. I requested for my visa card to be place on hold with no further authorized activities unit I receive my new card. I also adviced to research who this company are on their website, which broght me to this site and found out it's a total scam on my credit card. I am glad to read everyone issue because this will help me to know what I need to do moving forward. I strongly advice everyone to please review their bank statement, credit cards statement and even keep your purchase receipts with you till you rec'd your statement of any kind. Compare the statements and your receipts at all time before trashing them away for good. Dispute any unauthorized items, then pay only what needs to be paid and let the bank or the credit cards handles the rest of it.

This is what I do every month for the past 5yrs since I last scamed with Chase Bank credit card of over $8,000 and my husband over $5,000 same Chase bank card. This BS needs to stop and credit cards companies need to do better in keeping our information well not to get to this bad people's hands for this scams to be avoided in the first place. They are to be blamed for all of this issues cos they sell our info out to each others and expect us to eat up the cost of the scam. Don't ever pay what you didn't spend for yourself or family. I cant get anyone to answer any number and my bank tells me its a third party contract and I'm just out the money. i didnt order anything so how is it a contract? How did these guys get my card number? ive never even heard of this crap

I didn.t get a number all I got was billed on my bank card two times in 2 days same month in july from PRO-RESV CA  with a web site address www. resv-powe. I.ve never ordered anything from these people and and in process of handling this with my bank these people next to be exposed and stopped for ripping people off asap

Experian Free Credit Report isn't free. While my husband was recovering from coronary bypasses he kept paying our VISA bills without seeing Experian charges for $14.95/mo. We never joined. My contacting them did not stop this theft of our account. We have finally cancelled our credit card of 15 yrs., again contacting them.

MEDCHELP.com and RESVGLOW are frauds & unwanted products. Any delivery of products will be returned. We do not want these.

The same thing has happened to me as all the other posts.  I got an idea that it might be hacked thru aPayPal application.  Also. when you cancel a card, make sure they mark it as "fried" because I had one charge go thru on a cancelled card.

I have two charges for $89.19 from resvpower which I am putting in dispute. Has anyone investigated or have charges been brought against these crooks?

Receive our Chase statement with two charges from RESVGLOW 855-826-4274. One on July 9th for 44.09 and the second one on July 13th for 44.09. Called Chase and they have credited our account and investagating. We still had to close our acct. What a PAIN.

I also been scammed by the same people for the same amount.  I called my CC and they adjusted my account and then resv-poweca turned around again and charged my CC again.  I also got scammed by another company  FCMMS out of AZ.  They said to use support@NETINCOMEKIT.COM to cancell but nobody replied to e-mail.

Found a charge for 89.19 on my credit card statement. I never received a call just the charge on my credit card. Called the number it said their offices were closed and to call back during normal business hours which are from 6am to 6pm pst. When I called it was not yet 6pm pst. I called my credit card company after investigating this online and finding this site. I found out they also charged me for the month of July for which I do not have the statement for yet. But at any rate I told the security department at my credit card company what happened and about what I have read here on this site and how Resv-Power is scamming mass numbers of people. They are now being investigated for fraud. I too, will be calling my state attorney general and the FBI.

I received a charge on my credit card for I have no idea it is about. I have neved ordered anything and I am turning this over to the RCMP as I believe it is a fraud.

I have had a charge from ResVPower.  Also had one the previous month from "I Tech marketing". The bank have refunded me for the charge in last month and changed my card, however not in time to not have been scammed again this month. I advise all to report to the bank immediately.

I just found charges for $44.09 from 7/5 and 7/12 too, so I went online to find info and here all of you are with the same problem.  I'm printing this for my bank to read.  Had to cancel my card too. I'm glad I found this site.

Received my statement today and had two charges for $89.19 about a week apart.  Says company is RESVPOWER. I never ordered anything from them.  I rarely even use this credit card.  Reported to credit card company to investigate.  I couldn't reach anyone at the phone number listed.  Hoping to get my money back.  Very frustrating!

Just called 877-545-4286 spoke with Maria, supposedly they will refund my $88.18 ($44.09 taken out 2 times on 7/8/11 and 7/13/11) within 5 to 10 business days to my debit card. Let's see if this happens. If not I am sure I will be calling them again. I also am going to report to our state attorney general as a scam and to the FBI.

To all who have been the victimized by this scam, go to the State of Utah website and obtain a complaint for for the Department of Commerce, Division of Consumer Protection.  Fill it out and fax it to them.  The company can be fined $10,000 for EACH complaint.  Please do this.  An investigator will contact you.  They have been very helpful.  Even if you have been refunded your money, please take this step so that others will not be victimized.  I had to cancel my card and get a new one-I am so angry.

I had the same thing happen to me-2 charges for 89.19 on my credit card one for 6/9 and one for 7/1 for RESVPOWER.  I called my credit card company and opened a fraud investigation.  They issued me a new card.  Next to one of the charges on my bill was an 866 number.  The recording stated "Member Services" but did not indicate the business.  I kept being automatically put on hold and then disconnected.  After doing some searching on the Internet, I saw that the same thing happened to other and I found an 877 number which I called and got te same recording.  I finally reached a woman who identified herself as Jen.  I asked her about the charges.  She told me that I had charged for items from their companu-ResvPower.  I stated adamantly that I had never even heard of their company let alone ordered from them.  She was able to provide me with my address and e-mail address when I gave her my name. She said that the order was on my credit card with my security code.  I stated I did not order these items and she said that she would credit my account.  I told her I closed my account.  She told me that she could not credit it to a closed account. (My credit card co. Chase Visa credited me.)  She said that someone must be fraudulently using my number.  I asked was anything shipped and to where.  She said Yes and gave me my address.  I said how was it shipped?  She said by UPS.  I said you must have records of that shipment-she hesitated.  Why would anyone fraudulently use my credit card to order products for me???  I am a local prosecutor by profession.  I went online on a State of Utah website since "Jen" gave my a Utah address for the company.  I filed a complaint with the State of Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Consumer Protection by faxing a complaint form obtained online.  I was contacted the next day by an investigator who opened an investigation.  Anyone who this happens to SHOULD do this so the company can be fined and closed so that there are no new victims to this scam.

Call  877-311-4926 It is from ordering something online and they have 100's of Co. that are doing this. Had to close my card.

Everybody's story is the same. The number on my bank statement was the 877 567 9904. After researching for awhile, I ended up here. I was billed 44.09 on July 8th, and again on the 12th. With all the information everyone has put together, I appreciate knowing how I can handle this with my bank, and with DOJ.

I feel bad for anyone caught up in this crap; I'm so angry I'm actually very calm right now. Lesson to be learned for me.

I never received call from this Co, BUT I have 2 chargse for $89.19 each on my credit card! I've NEVER even heard of this Co before. This is a FRAUD, this is rediculous! This Co should be investigated for charges people never order!

yes, I just noticed two different charges to my debit card, both for 44 dollars from this company...NEVER HEARD OF IT!! I did call the company and leave a message for them to call. I am going to didpute it and close my account. I also received a " pending " charge of $70 to my debit card two weeks ago, but this did not post, however, it did run my account over by $16, which I had to use my early access to cover! Very angry...hopefully we can all pool together to make this stop!
