I keep receiving calls from this number, I have no idea who it is. They dont leave any messages, and when I do answer, they hang up.  
They need to educate their staff about   "telephone etiquette.

These annoting idiots have been calling me also. They tell me that they want to discuss our loan. Our loan is not even due yet for the month. They also wanted me to confirm our address, and I said, why don't you tell me you are the ones who called me. I just hang up on them. I have added their number as Fake Wells Fargo in my cell phone and so everytime they call I don't answer.

My phone number is a new number and I know every one that has the number so how I am getting calls from this toll free number is beyond me.  It is annoying to get these calls and you try to tell them not to call the number and they become rude.

They have called me several times. They stated they are from WellsFargo Home Equity Loan and told me I am late on my payment which I am not. I called WellsFargo Home Equity number that I had and they told me that I am not late on my payment and the number 877-546-8823 doesn't belong to them. I have told 877-546-8823 to not call me again, but they insist in calling. I have filled complaint with "Do Not Call List" several times. I am not sure what else I can do.

They told me they have called from WellsFargo and my home mortgage is due and I can pay it online. When I asked about the caller's name, he said he cannot tell me. I called WellsFargo and they checked the number and told me that the number is not from WellsFargo. They called several times and I filled a complain with "Do Not Call".

This person said they are with Wells Fargo Mortage and they are trying to collect a  debt. (i rent and the only thing i owe is on a car not by Wells fargo) I tolf the rude lady that if she calls me again it is
phone harrasment and never call me again.

Yes, same scenario, they called, I said hello, they hung up. I added their number to my auto-reject list and I've moived on with my life :)

After attempted for 27 months to do a loan modification and being advised on several occassions that the paperwork was never received - I was turned down because I had 3 months of payments in my account and I am not late.  But, I had medical bills that I had to pay, I am self employed and they don't gave a dam!  Don't waste your time tring to deal with these so called people.  They are only trying to get your blood and your life - they don't care about you one bit!

Yes, they call you - you answer and no one is on the line - What's that about!???  So they can claim they called?

Great job, Michelle. Your idea of protecting your child's mobile phone number is to give it away to the data harvesters on a discussion forum -- which IS NOT maintained by those pesky callers. Better contact Admin about redacting your comment, then deliver your no-call demand to the actual call source.

you need to remove [removed] from your phone call list. you are calling my son's cell phone who is a child who is a minor. if it continues, we'll sue. we have nothing to due with your collection efforts.

I continually get calls on my cell phone from this number. When I try to answer it hangs up on me. If I ignore it no message is left. I get multiple calls over several hours every other day.

This is a robo call from Wacovia Mortgage Dept from 877-546-8823 I called Wacovia customer assistance at (800) 922-4684 and they confirmed that indeed the 877-546-8823 was a legit Wacovia phone number.  I instructed the woman that I do not have an account with Wacovia.  Then even after being on hold for them to check if the number was legit they asked for an account number or my social security number.  WTF is wrong with this company.  I blocked these folks through my cell phone provider.  These guys have been calling several times a day every few months for the last year.  If  hear from them again I will be complaining to my State's Attorney Generals office for harassment. Wacovia might owe me some money. Then we will have an account.

Wachovia modified my 1st mortgage only AFTER I enlisted the help of a mortgage modification specialist. At the time, 3 months ago, I was told both my 1st and 2nd mortgage had been approved for modification.  I've called and have been told 3 times the 2nd mod. was approved. 3 months later I'm still waiting on the modification paperwork for the 2nd. The 1st one was taken care of right away.  So I am making payments on the 1st (Large) mortgage they are sending "Intent To Foreclose" notices, late payment notices in the mail, and of course being constantly harassed by phone calls for the 2nd mortgage which was suppose to have been approved.

It is Wachovia's automatic call.  They will start calling the next day after your mortgage is due, even if you are well within your grace period.  I have a block call app on my cell so it just drops this call when seen.

Wachovia is involved in a class action suit.  As part of the process, they have promised to help with "modifications".  Even though, we have asked for a mod and we were turned down because we are not late and we are employed, we keep on receiving calls, overnight letter, HUD notification, short sale process description,...  As a matter of the fact, Wells Fargo, has not converted our loan into a Wells Fargo account.  FYI, we have been a Wells Fargo Bank customer since 1989.

Bottom line, they are going to go in front of a judge pretending that they have tried to help people by calling,...Shame on you Wells Fargo!

Same here. A lady with an accent called me in regard to an estate loan, which I am the executor of. I would not give her my SS #, she gave me this number to call. Impatient, I called it, and they want me to provide my executor docket #, which i couldn't find at the moment (its been 4 years). Didn't ask me for any SS #'s though.

I requested that they send me something via mail to address the issue. They could not, and refused to tell me why they were calling.

This was a very annoying thing to happen today. Wachovia or Wells Fargo or whoever should rethink this procedure. It sucks.

get calls every day....finally answered and got a lot of heavy breathing.  However, I also have a Wachovia mortgage so am going to ask them to investigate....

They call up to 5 times/day.  Usually no one answers and sometimes there is a music recording.

They call me every month...payment is due on 15th and there is a grace period of 15 days.  So, I pay on the 30th, as the original contract allows, but since I've applied for modification of my lousy 7.2% adjustable loan, they have started calling me every day starting on the 16th to ask me if I can pay and why I'm not paying til the 30th.  I tell them it's my right to take advantage of the grace period like they take advantage of their customers and hang up.

Received calls from this 877-546-8823.  They don't identify themselves until asked.  Supposedly Wachovia/Wells Fargo.  Wont tell me what they want until I give them my SS # - NO WAY JOSE!!  When I refused they wanted me to answer security questions - like my home address, etc. AGAIN _ NO WAY.  When I said if you are from Wachovia then you have all my info in your files.  They say they need to confirm before telling me why they are calling.  And if I don't give them my ss# or address then they will continue to call me each and every day.  VERY RUDE.  OF COURSE - the person has an accent.   I told them if they wanted to talk to me about something then send it in writing like their statements.  They said they did. I told them that there was no need for them to talk to me then and ask for my personal information. I think this is definitely a scam, so anyone else who gets these calls - BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
