Hey Dale!

I was scammed by you!!!!!!  Your company guaranteed  to save me $3,000.00 dollars or recieve a full refund.  I called your people at least 6 times and was always told that "things" were in progress.  I recieved NOTHING from your company . Not one interest rate lowered for my $995.00 and now you are out of business.  I call that a scam at the least and theft at the most!!  Refund my money or face litigation!

Hello: Here is how it works. If you have a credit card and don't pay, after 4 or 5 months not more than 6 they will except a reduced amount. So the people that save you money tell you they will deal with them. You don't know that after 6 months the credit card co. must write your debt off "CHARGE OFF" some people should know what that means. So what they do is make an offer before that account is written off.Half of something is better than all of nothing. They will take as little as 10% of the balance. So if you owe $10,000 they offer $3,000 you give them $5,000 and everyone is happy. You think you just saved $5,000.Untill you get your 1099 at the end of the year. Also if you have the nerve to deal with the collectors you can do it yourself. They don't care who pays them the settlement.

Hello:You can't blame Dale if people are dumb enough to give a total stranger credit info over the phone.I think the law says you must be 18 to get a credit card.So just like Alchohol,Drugs,Gambleing,These special people can give Dale their info.At least if Dale gets the money he will use it wisely.I bet he won't be dumb enough to give his card info out.

I can't say if this is a scam or not as I have not actually tried this alleged companies services.  I contacted them today to get additional information and to tell them to stop calling me.  What's a point of concern to me, amongst other things, is that the owner of this company Dale doesn't even take the time to spell of make sure his grammar is correct on this site.  To me, this is enough for me to never even consider doing business with your company.  You make yourself look foolish.  Read "Dales" posting on 09/14/09.  Can you pick out the number of errors?  Dale, if you want people to take your company seriously, take some time and care when you are trying to defend your company.

They are calling my cell phone everyday. I have Verizon wireless and you are allowed to block up to 5 phone numbers (for 90 days) if you go to your online account and sign in.  Go to >Services >Verizon Safeguards >spam controls >call & message blocking.  I have done this with other annoying calls and it works like a charm!

Dale,

Scam or not, these calls are unsolicited and unwanted.  I have been getting these calls too even though I am on the federal "do not call" list!  These calls may well be scams or not, but they are at the very least illegal.  You may still be open, but you do not supply a legitimate service (at least not in how you market it), and how much longer you will be open with this sort of behavior is open to question.

They call me at least 2-3 times a day and I have never answered, I don't answer numbers I don't know especially 800, 877, 888 numbers. I have credit cards, none of which are new, and they are all paid up to date so I don't know why ALL of a sudden they are calling me CONSTANTLY! Wouldn't they get the hint when I haven't answered after the 100th time they have called me? They really have called me almost 100 times in the last month or so. It's terribly annoying when you're trying to work, sleep, or do anything and this number keeps calling and causing my phone to vibrate or ring! How do I make them stop calling me???? HELP!

I FINALLY got an answer by calling these jerks back. The guy was able to say who I was/who they were looking for upon me calling. I asked what the call was about to 'be sure that I did not have a problem with one of my accounts'.(which is a lie, my hubby and I do not have any credit cards or any debt) The guy rambled off some crap about lowering interest rates and something about payments....I said to him when he was done..."That's funny because we do not have any credit cards at all and I would not be making payments then!" He says-'Oh. Well I'm sorry, maybe one of your debit cards were mistaken for a credit card' or some line of crap. I did not have to ask, he offered to remove me from their list. The guy running this operation needs to be careful where he gets his leads. I'm not saying they are illegitimate, but something is fishy. By the way, something should be said about the spelling/grammar used by the guy above claiming that his company is legit. Obviously scamming does not require an education.....CHEERS!

They've called me before using another number. I can't remember what it was right now. But I put it on call block and filed a complaint with the FCC.

I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and don't have credit cards. So why would I want my credit card rates reduced if I don't have a credit card? And why would they be calling me if I don't have any credit cards? It's a scam, plain and simple.

Yeah, my brother got taken by these a**les... For some reason he gave his CC info for 3 or 4 cards and other personal info to the people that blindly called him and the next thing he knew he was getting calls from the card issuers saying he was over the limit. they took him for over $17000.
Now, the government officials are after these idiots. Hope that they drive with 2 eyes on their mirrors!!

I don't need this or any other website to promote a "scam". The bottom line is still that you have not found a single person that has been "scammed" of anything, from my company.

You are right about one thing, i have spent to much time on this site trying  to ask the one question that know one has answered which is who have i "scammed". To many poeple watch a movie and assume that is real life for every company, NOT TRUE, its a movie, made for entertainment. Ever watch the movie "Waiting", do you think every restaurant is like that?

Many companies out there do "scam" or rip people off, no doubt about it, not dening it, but we as a company don't.

There are bad mechenics out there, car dealers, ect.... doesnt mean they are all bad. I can only speak for my company. Have a nice day.

LOVE IT when the scammers try to use this site to further the scam, because it means this site is working and the scam isn't. Cutting into your take, "Dale"? LOL go back to the boiler room where you came from.

Plenty of scams run a long time BTW, some like Enron and Worldcom are world famous, other like yours are just small time operations trying to make it big and move on before they get caught. That's why the people running it like YOU are spending their time on here trying to convince honest people it's not a scam.

Very convincing indeed!

Their is no half right, you can't find anyone that has been "scammed". By you saying that they found the site before they were "scammed" is ignorant. This site like many others allows people to slander companies without merit. Everyone on this site is talking about a phone call, thats it.

Before you make a claim about a company, it may be better to do aliitle research first. Companies that are scams, get shut down, we are still open and provide a legitimate service.
