It's a SCAM! Travel services will lie to sign you up and then the price is different for port fees once you try and book you dates. Plus they don't tell you their high rate dates until you try to book your cruse and that 's an extra 149. It's a bait and switch. Don't waste your time or money.

I just got a cal from these people and luckily got disconnected. Unfortunately they keep calling back trying to get me to book a cruise. Very leery of a company asking for money upfront and upset they keep calling.

DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE. Total scam. They rooked my sister into a crusie. Even got my Dad on a three-way call to plan it out. Dad paid for 4 of us. I started getting suspicous when so called cruise package came. My sister got them on the phone several times, and a guy named "Terry" told her he booked the cruise we wanted on Royal Caribbean etc. I called Royal Caribbean and was told they didn't have us booked on our departure date. SO glad I did not make a plane reservation to get to Miami. Now on to trying to get the credit card company to return the money. Pissed in SC.

I fell for it and paid the $98 each on a credit card (whom I will now be contacting) and received back the "we received your reservation form" and "your request has been forwarded to Vacation Fulfillment" so they can research availability of my dates. Well, my dates have come and gone and I haven't heard anything from them (they're supposed to call around 60 days prior to the one that's available) and no response to the messages I've left. They're DEFINITELY a scam so don't anyone else fall for it. I'll be contacting the BBB and State Attorney General - you actually have to call the Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs and file a written complaint. Everyone should do this ASAP if you haven't already.

I got a call from this number today. Talked to Terry, and he assured me it was not a timeshare deal, and warned me to avoid booking around national holidays because the port fees would go through the roof. Everything sounded legitimate so I gave them my CC info and reserved the minimum of 2 people at $90 per person. I was a little confused on how to check the cruise's amenities so I called Terry back. He told me that I can check out the website and that the only things that I had to pay for was alcohol, gambling, travel fees like flights and hotels, the taxes, and the port fee. I checked out the website and I couldn't find the info for the ship. That's when I found this site. I'm hoping that this isn't a scam because I already told my friends and family about it, and it's going to make me look really stupid if it is scam. The only reason why I'm holding on to the notion it isn't a scam is because I've taken a cruise before and entered my info for a raffle. I also know how cruises work, and gambling and alcohol are never included. In previous experiences where I booked through the actual cruise line they tacked on a bunch of extra expenses I was not prepared to pay for before boarding the ship (gas fees, gratuity fees, and a balance on the cruise card that you use as your cash on the ship). Luckily my boyfriend paid the fees so we could get on the ship. Terry told me he would call me tomorrow to make sure I received my confirmation email, which I have still yet to get (usually these things are instant). I'm a little worried. Hopefully everything will be cleared up for me tomorrow. Ill post again tomorrow.

Do not fall for this SCAM! Pure scam! They called me and offered me a free cruise and all I had to pay was the port fees. I'll be honest I was interested and gave them my name and address, but when she told me I had to pay right now to secure the rate, I told her I needed to speak with my husband first. She couldn't give me any other information and so red flags went up. I told her call me back tomorrow. I jumped online and read all these reviews and thank god I didn't do it! She called me back the next day and I said I wasn't interested. She immediately hung up on me. I called the number back and it immediately went to voicemail with no mention of the company name or information about the company. I called back again to speak with this lady and I finally got a hold of her and asked why did she hung up on me? And said it was very rude and bad business etiquette and she said well you said you didn't want to do it and hung up on me again. This company is a SCAM and all they want is your money. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!! I'm a little worried because I gave them my name, address and email address but I never gave them my credit card info. Thank god. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!
Won't be duped again.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday.  I quickly called my credit card company to dispute the charge.  Now I will contact the BBB and call the FTC to report these fulchers.  Then I'll contact the cruise lines they claim to be awarding prizes to and let them know of the Illegal activity Travel Services is doing while using their names.  I'm even considering calling channel 9.  They are very good at exposing scammers to the public.

Travelservicesoline.com scammers.  They want your credit card info!  They claim you registered for a trip and won!
Offer for a 4 night cruise for two at $197.00 per person totaling $394.00 in taxes.  Plus $90-$120 Port fees at time of cruise reservation or boarding.  Cruise good for 18 months after payment today.  I thought it made sense, filling the cabins during off seasons.  I'm usually much more careful.

Got a call from 877-551-3685 ext 562 (Jason) and thought for a few that I'd actually gotten a legitimate offer because I explicitly remembered entering into a giveaway on my last cruise. I really want to Beleive you and am really hoping you don't work for travel services, as I just gave them my card number!  Do you know when the off season is? I just don't want to lose more money than I already have going further with this. Please somehow prove you don't just work for them:(. Sorry to question you so much, I am just suddenly very sceptical about everything after reading all these comments.

The claims that they are legit! And oops.. they just happen to say nasty things and name call as well!  Oh my, and another one telemarketers all.. Just have to feed the kid and I barely make any money *sob-boohoo*  Shickikalala?  Poor kid being saddled with such a mystical hokey made up name or did your cat tap dance on the keyboard while you where trying to attempt to convince everyone this real and legit?

Oh no you didn't bi***. You know what that cruise was all about, I was trying to hook you up son.

No all yall listen here. This is not a scam! My Travel Service is a REAL company. So real that I was put it in all caps.

I'm giving everyone here a deal, and doing so by losing money! Can't you see that all I'm trying to do is help you and you just spit in my face "It's a scam because it sounds to good to be true"

Do you know how hard it is to give away free tickets. This means I don't get paid hardly anything all so I can give people like you free cruise line tickets. I can barely afford to feed little Shickikalala.

And yes I have been involved in prostitution scams and I'm proud of it. Internation waters it's legal. So let me know if you need some company, and lighten up you guys.

I got a call from Shanese Davis a couple days ago telling me that I was eligible to receive a free trip to the Bahamas for me and one other person. While talking to her everything seemed legitimate. She explained to me that the reason we were getting a free trip (with only a $99 tax charge) was because the cruise ship was booking less than expected and needed to fill cabins. The cruise line was betting that the people they let on for free would spend money on gambling and merchandise and that they might make up the difference in loss of money.

This sounded reasonable. The deadline was that day so I asked her to send me the information to my email so I could pay the fee and reserve my cabin. She said that she could only accept payments over the phone. When I had asked why she said that it was because it was a promotion and the sale ends that day.

When does a promotion mean that the company isn't allowed to enter a quick description on paypal so that you can have a secure way of paying?

This set up a red flag for me. I think they were preying on me because I'm old and they figure I don't know anything about current technology. Little did she know I have an extensive background in Human Resources.

After doing some extensive research I found out that Shanese Davis has been in and out of jail for multiple scams throughout her life ever since she was a young girl. She's helped aid Nigerian Prince scams, Prostitution scams, gambling scams, the whole nine yards.

You can tell by their website www.Mytravelservicesonline.com that they're a pop up company that probably hasn't been open for more than a year. My guess is that they all come from scamming backgrounds, just like Shanese Davis.

I'm putting this here because I can't stand people like Shanese Davis who prey on older people for a quick "get-rich" fix. It's shameful and they should be very disappointed in their choice of morals.

I also booked 2 tickets for $196.00 and was going to add an additional 4 until I saw this site. I called the company and was able to speak to customer service and was informed, after extensive questioning to customer service, (Eric), that there is additional port fees and stopping at 2 ports is an additional $152.00 per person, so cost just went from $100 each to $250 each, then add $30 per adult for gratuties. I requested a refund, but was told someone would have to call me back, since this was on Friday. I have also called the credit card company to file a dispute. We will see if Travel Services refunds my $196.00 without a fight. If I cruise I will go directly to the cruise line company, even if it cost more, at least you know it is legitimate and you know the total cost up front.

I received a call, from this company. I was told that I "won" a cruise, and seeing I was getting married a month later, it seemed perfect. I was told that I would need to pay $99 per person, in advance... and then I could apply for 2 potential sail dates (60 days from application, for first option, and 60 days from first optional sail date). I didn't have to work hard, to make that sound confusing... I promise. I was also told that it would cost $100 per person (port fees), to book the rest of the trip. One year later, I apply for the two optional sail dates, and got the one I least wanted. I will now be celebrating my wedding anniversary, two months late. They got to the part about the remaining balance, and said $581!!! That brings me to a whopping $781, for a 3/4day cruise! Had I known, I could have just gone on my cruise, when I wanted to... at full price. I did not have that option... when I priced the cruise for 2 people, it was about the same (without the taxes and fees), so I ended up following through. I am not happy, because no one is able to tell me what the "win" was originally supposed to be. I feel majorly violated!

Just to clear up some issues about this company and this offer, it's high pressure sales. It's not a scam. I have gone on their cruise. It does work. Yes you have to jump through some hoops but that's what usually happens when you get a deal. If they were just ripping people off they wouldn't be in business for years worth of complaints. As it was explained to me, the biggest thing that makes people think this is a scam is not getting the dates you request. You have to give notice to take the cruise. If you want to take a cruise during the summer you will probably need to give more notice. Off seasons are wide open though. During peak seasons there are more charges. These are standard things. All they do is give you the ticket. This is an obvious promotional method to get people on these particular cruises during particular seasons. If that works for you, like it did for me, then it's a deal. It's not a scam just because you don't get exactly what you want.

Bottom line: They do deliver what they offer as long as you are realistic about those expectations.
