This is a phony collection agency.  I spoke to a lawyer regarding this matter, because I was the victim of ID theft and I know my rights.  The lawyer said that if they can't give me an actual physical address, or let me know the debt that they are collecting for then they must not be a real company.  Be warned!  Also, I contacted the FTC and the FBI and filed complaints.

Thanks for the posts.  They are trying to do the same thing with me.  I haven't written any bad checks.  The also try to contact relatives.  They left a message on my answering machine saying "I have been officially notifed."  I can't believe there are so many scamers in the world.  I am going to totally ignore them.

They called me back in October with a different call back number.  The call back number in October was 877-350-6050.  They probably changed numbers, because their are too many negative comments associated with the old number.

This Jennifer post seems like a plant.  I don't think this firm is legitimate.  I talked with them over a month ago.  A person supposedly representing them called my work and said a claim was filed against me.  Saying I had been officially served.  Well I am very familiar with the Fair Debt Collection Act, and they do not follow it.  I called the call back number and talked to someone, and asked to send me the debt in writing to my residence.  They said they would, and guess what they didn't.  I have everything recorded etc.  Now I have the same old guy saying he is going to serve me etc... unless I call.  Doesn't sound legit to me.  THEY DON'T FOLLOW THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT.  It is really interesting how the first post with this number is so phony, and if it was so great then why did JENNIFER even post in the first place.  Just another scam.  I invite everyone who has been called by this number to post here.  This is how we identify a scam very quickly.

Great Customer service, helped me out a lot. They are a firm to help keep people out of court, talked to lawyer- very legitimate.
