I got a call from this number and the lady that was leaving the message was stuttering saying that if i dont call back they will issue me a sumons and send someone out to my work place or home.i have tried calling for days to ask about the case number and no answer,then i left a message and no call back.got a call today that if i dont call them by the end of this busness day they are going to send someone out to arrest me.i would like to get more info on this David Cambell guy.please if anyone knows anything about this i would like to know,im not the type of guy to run but would rather resolve this issue.

Did you ever find out what that call was about? I just got the same call gave me a case number and wjen i call back its an answering maching.

Just got a call also from a Rachael Martinez a Personal Locator for David Campbell.  Called about my sister not even using our correct maiden name.  Gave a file number as well.  This must be a scam.

I just received a phone call from a Vanessa that said she was a personal locator for Independent Processing.  She gave me the business name of Offices of David Cambell and said I had a complaint against me regarding something civil or criminal but she didn't have all the information.  She gave me the number 877-556-6502.  This sounds like a BS call.

They called me same message as ever one else received, she said David was in a meeting would call me back. She said they were mediators regarding civil and criminal law suits.  

They called me and left a message for me so I called David Campbell back and the girl said he was in a meeting give it about an hour it took him a lil over 2 to call me. He said I owed money to a loaning company from 2009 and if I didn't pay 366.44 today they were going to be filing paperwork to arrest me . I'm not sure if this guys is real or not but I really need to know if he is real. ???

I just received the same call spoke with my lawyer she said this is FRAUD!! Call the Bba to report David cambell

Also I did a search in all of Los Angeles County and there is no such case number that exists.

I just received a voicemail saying there were charges being filed against me and to settle out of court I needed to call the law offices of David Campbell.  After calling and several rings a woman answered who said she was the receptionist and couldn't give me any information but David would call me in 30 min once he was out of a meeting.  About 15 min later my brother texts me saying someone called him saying the same thing - looking for me.  I couldn't for the life of me think of what on earth this could be regarding.  So I did a google search of the # and found this forum.  I will update as soon as I get a call back.

A subpoena is what calls you to court to be a *witness* in a case, not a defendant. The person who called you obviously doesn't know what "subpoena" means and just wanted a "legal sounding" word to frighten you with. You can probably judge from that fact alone how valid the call was :)

But if I have to spell it out: It's a scam. If you're going to be arrested, charged or sued NO-ONE phones you in advance to tell you about it! The next step in the scam is when they tell you that you can make the charges/lawsuit/whatever go away if you pay right now... usually by a conveniently untraceable (and non-refundable) means like a Western Union wire transfer or a money card of some sort. No one can get charges dropped in return for money. You'd just be giving money to a criminal.

My parents were just called and given the message that the  David Campbell a mediator needed to talk to me, that he needed to have me served with a subpoena by Friday, gave my parents a case number and I needed to call back this number.  So I did and the answering machine said that he was the State Processor and they had stepped out of the office please leave name, phone number and case number. I called every single county in my state and there is NO SUCH CASE NUMBER in existence!!!  

Just got a voicemail that I was being charged but they couldn't tell me for what. Gave me a case docket number and told me to call David Campbell. Well after 20 rings a lady answered and said he is out of the office. The person leaving the message was supposedly the state processor and I can't even find that name in this state.

Got a call from number said they were a process server for the state and if I didn't call David Campbell that they were going to charge me. Some John S is the one that called me.

They just called me. ..wth  i have no clue what this is about. ..

I got same voice mail state filing in court if I don't call

something about federal criminal charges against me. When I dont even get in trouble!!!
