got a call i called back said they are ncs leagal out sourcing they are not legit cant leave messages on voice mail they called from 877-856-7189 when i asked who they where and what company they where she wouldnt answer and hung up on me

Do not believe anyone who calls you stating they are from A1 Processing Investigations or NCS Legal Services. The number they give you is 877-563-3715. They claim to be out of New York. I have spoke to three different low life degenerates by the names of Paris Nelson aka "Private Investigator", Nicole and/or Jaylen Smith aka "Legal Outsourcing Department employees" from this FAKE business claiming to be a collection agency collecting debts owed. These losers claimed to be trying to reach my sister about a debt and claimed they were going to serve her with papers. They are scammers!!!!! They are just trying to steal your money. DO NOT give them any personal info or banking info. They try to sound legit by giving you a case number. I have been receiving calls from them now for over a week. I finally told them I know they are criminals so I'm guessing they will move on to some other victim now. If they call you get as much info as possible and then report it to the BBB. Be aware they do not like it when you turn it around on them and start asking questions.

This number keeps calling me.  Says  they are trying to serve a summons.  Gave me the number 877-563-3715 to call and ask for Julia Martin ext 7555. Martin would give me a chance to resolve the issue.  When I asked who the summons was from or which court to appear in, I was told the documents were sealed and they could not tell me.

can they legally serve you a court summons - I dont even have a slightest idea who this is??!!! ANNOYED

States they are a law firm, and that they will be filing a lawsuit againt me; also gave me a case number.  They call me on my cell, at work, and at my families home.  This is so illegal and sickening.  Wish I knew how to stop this illegal act.

Do not give these people any of your info. What they are doing is illegal. It is a scare tactic.

Wondering who is this calling me up at this number? they say they are a law firm and I have a lawsuit fixing to go out on me from a loan company. they were suppose to give me some info in my email and I gave them my credit card # and they are suppose to take out 90 each time I get paid but I haven't receive any info in my email acct at all. I called them but they never answered their phone and I am concerned about who they really are.
