they called me on my cell phone today and stglad ated someone from there company would b out at my house between 5 and 6....to serve me papers and asked me to verify my personal information my vehicle they had it all ..such a scam the number was18775643423 i called back twice the same idiot with multiple personalties answed as dale,mark,mr.thomas the first time..wow

Got a call from some person named Chris...and his last name was not clear at all.. I have not called them back and this has taken place before with someone calling to say they were going to serve me with papers... still waiting on that.

I have received many calls from this so called Allstate group threatening me with court proceedings for worthless checks.  Actually never wrote a check just borrowed money....  They have called my place of employment numerous occassions also...  I finally called them back and set up payment arrangements but they have not taken the payment off of my prepaid debit card.  Not sure what to do, leave the money and keep the receipt of when the money was put on the card just in case there is a court date in the future or go spend it on other bills...  ????

Their "locator" person called again, said his name was Mike Abrams, and this time had a different number 855-213-5588.

I've been contacted by these people in the last week with the same threats as greeneyez.  They gave me the number 855-201-3471 and a case number.  I've called them back and they seem to have all my info, but don't seem to be able to send me any info about the loan that I own on.  I talked to Rick who had and extension number of 369.  Was trying to get some money out of me immediately (which I didn't have), so he could stop the finder (person) from serving me.  Well I couldn't do it, and I told him I would have funds available the next day.  Since things are in a bad state right now for me, I offered to FedEx a money order to them but they said they could only accept electronic payment.  They suggested I get a prepaid credit card and use that to pay them.  This all makes me very uneasy about the whole situation.  It seems like they should be able to provide some documentation on what I am paying before I give them any money.

Was called @ 1200pm today... By a Robert Allen, stating he had a file of charges claimed against me but wouldnt say what they were for. Gave me a file # to reference when calling the 855-693-3682 # and said that if I did not call soon to remedy the matter that there would be paperwork sent to me at my place of residence or place of employment. They said I would go to court if I didnt respond and that the phone call was my formal notice of the processes being put forth. He never said the name of the company the debt was from, nor did he say the name of the company he was with, or the name of the company that I was to call regarding the matter. At 8pm tonight I called the number on the message left on my phone and whenI called, the voiceservice said it was Allstate Mediation and to enter an extension if known or "0" for the operator. I pressed "0" and was led to a voicemail box stating the persons were away from the desk or busy at the moment, and to leave a message with teh file# and contact number and they would return the call the next business day.  Now by law, they have 5 days to mail a letter to me stating what its all about but by reading statements from other people, they do not send anything to anyone until you give them bank account information.. Some people say they were taken to court and garnished the wages for the debts not paid, others say the company is fake and that no one should believe what is being "said" as they are a scamming company that doesnt have any jurisdiction to do anything... I google the company and nothing comes up but the complaints made on other sites.. I have no problem paying bills (when i can afford to) but I wont give out personal information, especially bank info to anyone... I will send you money when I can, you are not going to take it from me before I get to know why you are calling me... I am curious as to how valid these threats were....

I just received a call from an unknown number they left the number 855 300 4428 called back they said allsate financial litigation stating that i had one day to contact that number or I will be issued a warrant at home or my workplace. Didn't sound to legite how do I have a warrant for my arrest in one day without proer knowledge of what my warrant is for. Sounds like this is not legite?

These people are so sarcastic and rude!! They called but didn't identify who they were or the name of their company and left a message on my grandmothers answering machine stating that they were going to lock me up if I didn't pay them. When I called the number the I spoke with some guy whos voice was completely unstable, low and very shacky. He told me that they were trying to collect money from me for a "bad check" I wrote in 2008 or Im facing jail time. When I asked him for details about this "bad check" he immediately put this other guy a who identified himself as the supervisor, Aaron. He was very sarcastic and rude saying they are trying to collect a debt from 2008. When I asked him about the place I wrote this bad check to he completely changed the story saying that It was something that was done online so it isn't a physical check. He sarcastically said that he would knock off a couple of bucks if I paid it before March 31,2011 but I don't pay it before then then someone was going to come to my house and job and arrest me and put me in jail. When I asked him for his supervisors name he changed the story once again calling himself the general manager this time. He said there was no one above him. I asked him for the corporate number and he said that they don't have one and that all I needed to know was that their corporate office was based out of Phoneix. He also said that there isn't any externals numbers for their corporate office. clients are not allowed to speak to the people in their corporate office anyway so my best bet is just to pay the money. He refused to give me the any other informaton about this company. I called the FTC at 1-877-203-2907 and the lady who I spoke with said this is a common scam. She said to ask them to send you a validation letter of debt in the mail and when I called back and asked them for one they hung up on me. They are true scam artist.

All State Litigation is a scam. If they were a legitimate company, they would be registered with the state. They claim they are out of Arizona, they told me on the phone that was their headquarters. They are not listed on the state's website. I also searched under the Arizona Bar. Nope. Not listed. Do not give them any information. Ask them for their mailing address. Ask them where they are headquartered. Tell them you will look them up with the state they claim to be registered in and if they are legitimate, you will call them back. Do not accept a P.O. Box. If they won't give you a street addresss, they are probably crooks. Real businesses, even debt collectors would not refuse to give you a street address--the only way to serve someone legal documents is with a street address.

They used a different number when calling me: 877-866-1310. They seem to get a new number once they have been discovered.

I received the call..........AFTER they scared the life out of my mom on her cell phone. I dont know how they got her cell number but I've never had anyone reach me at that number ever.  Who are they, where are they.....Doesnt all 800 numbers have to be registered to either a corporation tax id or social security. Isnt someone responsible for this and permitting this kind of behavior.....It's ironic because Im googling the phone number and it has no information as to what company this is.....It all comes at the worse time for me to be dealing with some bs.... The guy sounded like a ghetto black dude who just got hired with no training. He was obviously reading and sounds as if he never gotten passed the 5th grade. his name was Ted Williams, no extension, job title, company name, just a case number and informed my mom I was being summoned to court and charges being brought against me.....Let's all gather info and find a brave attorney and build a class action suit to shut these guys down.

I got a call from them telling me that I was receiving a summons to appear in court due to check fraud and if I wanted to settle out of court I should call that number to settle it.  The lady didn't leave her name just this number and sounded like she was eating while talking like no big deal.  I called back and they told me they were ALL State Litigation. I heard they are just a debt collection agency and lied to me about the check fraud just to scare me.

I have received several phone calls from this company stating I owe 3 companies money. Then I get phonecalls from the same company but this time it is a person named Rick stating he is from allstate but gave a phone number 866 298-9139 X369. He said he is coming to my residence to serve a subpoena and take me to court.  He forced me into making payment arrangments because he said he was coming for me. I also tried to get information from him regarding the 3 companies. He gave me 3 names but the company names I was not familiar with. I then told him to send me a statment from allstate showing me the company names and what amounts were actually due. He told me his does not send statements he is just the debt collector.

i was a victim of this and they took over 1300 from  me andi really thought it was ligit.. i feel so bad giving up that type of money but now i know to ask more detail supervisor and id numbers for now on...thanks

Trust Me, they are not Legit.  I am a senior litigation paralegal for fair debt collection practices act attorney and we have sued so many of the scum bags for violating the Fair Debt Collections Practices.  So don't worry about it, they called my work place too, not knowing the type of work I do.  And then trying to tell me what the law is, the law is that All State Litigation cannot call your workplace with threats and accusing you of committing a crime.  Let them call you again, I could not even trace these business through the phone numbers or the corporate business search.

WOW... First off I would like to thank everyone before me (if that makes since)  because I had to google search this number in order to figure out fraud. I was threatened and hung up on multiple times for asking a "SUPERVISOR" for her ID number. She said she didn't have one and that she ran the place. Called the FTC and found out the place is fraud. Just cancelled my card and filed fraud charges. Fooled me once but never again. This all came because they wanted to take money on a date not athurized. Thank God for the red flag!!!

Someone calling themselves kimberly watson called and left voicemails with my personal infgormation for a co worker here at my place of employment.  then called back to speak with a human resources department to discuss with them information about me.  I've called the FTC @ number 1-877-382-4357 and made a formal complaint against them.  Collecting bills in the USA is 100% legal, but calling your place of employment and harrassing you or your co-workers is not.  They probably aren't legal collectors too.  Call the number and make a complaint against them.

call back and threaten them with FTC ,,and  to call 202-326-2222 they would like  to hear from them because u filed a  complant of a  theat on u from that number 877-564-3423 these a***ole will get fined  bye the ftc and will have to go to court....they cant do that
