Time Warner Cable calling to see if my service was restored after an outage.

Just a Time Warner survey following a service call....  Guys, it's nothing to get all upset about!

Rec'd a call from this number at 11:10 on 4/8/13. From above info, it was probably Time Warner.  I did not answer.  They have called me several times and I have not answered.  They have promised to take my name out of their system, but obviously they have not done so.  Just goes to show the veracity of anything Time Warner Tells you.

Called by this number again on March 14th.  The call came in while I was not in.  I do not answer calls without a name attached. I guess TWC figures no will answer if they know it is TWC.  I had a repair appt with them todfay, the repairman did not show, claims he called my tel # and no one here, which is not correct.  I have a thing or two to tell TWC but they do not care......

called  by this number on 3/8/13 at 11:12A.  Caller did not have the courage to put their name on t he caller ID, i did not answer.  I had called Time Warner about a billing error earlier and I see now that the 877 number is a Time Warner survey.  Good thing I missed the call because I would have told them how sorry their product is.  I called the number and it was Time Warner.  They said they would put me on their "do not call list."

We got this call while we were out shopping.  Came back and got a partial message for a survey; I expected to find it was one of those stupid "win a free cruise" scam calls.  Instead find out its good ol' (NOT!) TW.

Our box and remote were not working well ever since they 'upgraded' their system in October.  Finally WE had to unhook everything, take it out and SCHLEP it to the local office to get it REPLACED.  WE had to do ALL our OWN "SERVICE".  And they have the NERVE then to call and BUG US about that????  So now we have to take MORE of our own time to TELL them that - for ONCE - the old CRONES in the OFFICE weren't as NASTY as USUAL?????

TIME WARNER ***SUCKS*** and so does the SCHMUCK OUTFIT they use to TELEMARKET.

Just got a call from this number, but didn't answer since I didn't know who it was.  There was a voicemail just like the what jbroome got.  Funny thing is that I haven't had an install or any service.  I do have a Time Warner Business Class Road Runner connection in my house that my work pays for, but I only use it occasionally for work purposes.  My main connection for both TV and internet is AT&T U-verse.  There haven't been any service calls or anything for the Time Warner line, so I have no clue why they would be calling me with a survey on their service.

TWCable with a satisfaction survey for the cable modem install that completed an hour ago.

It was Time Warner Cable calling to follow up a service appt with a phone survey.

Thanks everyone i was guess that who it was since i had one of their techs just leave my house about a hour before the call.

I keep getting v/m on my cell and when I call they say they are in NC and can not help me with a CA phone number.  So I call CA and they say call and talk to a supervisor in NC.  I enter my phone number and it says they don't recognize it...then why are they calling??  I have tried for 2 weeks and each person says something different.  I'll just block it off my cell.  Frustrating!!

Time Warner Cable After Service Survey

Received a call from this number. Answered and they hung up.

It is TWC, I just got off the phone arguing, I have a 5 year contract for their Fiber service, it is down every other day for a few hours a day, took them 3 months to install the setup and it still doesn't work properly, but it is a TWC survey

TWC Survey site?  Ooh, wish I'd known that when the phone was still ringing.  I have a few things to say about their service, none of them nice.  LOL

The number appears to be a followup call to a Time Warner Cable service appointment.  I have several dropped messages on my MagicJack voicemail form this number and they all coincide with when I have had TWC have to make a house call for service, or when I have had to call in for outage.

I called the number and found that it was a customer service satisfaction survey.  they ask that you stay on the line and answer some questions about thier customer service.  This was as of 6/21/2010.  You can call and check it then hang up if you like, they won't call back.

I agree with Addie, they should show the company name on all these collection agencies and collectors.

This is the number the sales rep gave me when I was canceling my TWC account.

If they would put the company name on the caller ID, I might just answer, without it, no.

Did not recognize number- caller ID said "unknown number" so I
"zapped"  with tele zapper & message.  No message left.
