They are a great company. Worked out a nice deal for me to pay off a debt I owed.

I have received a few calls from this number.  I receive a recorded message stating that it's Tom from Dominion Management Services and that I need to call him back right away.  I see from the above notes that it's a property management company, but I have never rented from this company, so I don't know why they're calling.  I assume they have the wrong number.  I finally tried to call back to find out why they're calling and to ask them to stop, and I got his voicemail (same voice) asking to leave your name and number slowly.

Were are these apartments located at?

I also lived here and hated it. There properties are badly managed, we were calling in for problems that were never fixed. I cleaned my apartment and was told that the carpets would be replaced when we moved out because of age,and they are still charging me for carpet cleaning. How does that make any since? All you can do when they call is pay them and Never Use them agin.

These people evicted us, Because the lady next door kept reporting us for violations that weren't true.  Never once were in violation of our lease, But since they didn't want to hear from this lady anymore they evicted us.  The local authorities did nothing to protect our rights, And city hall couldn't have cared less.  Two years later I'm getting phone calls daily from this company, So I informed them that they are being sued for harassment, They are never getting paid.  And I plan press charges to the full extent of the law against them, Suddenly the phone calls stopped.

these people keep calling me and i asked them not to.i am tired of getting messages from them on my phone.to be honest they are driving a sane man very crazy and honestly if they don't stop calling then i'm going to go there and riddle the place and people with bullets.no i'm not kidding but they have left over 100 messages.i just got my phone and new number 2 months ago.i am over it!!!

I agree... you WILL NOT get any money back... even if clean...

I too rented from Dominium and lived to regret it. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment and they had someone come in after me and CHARGED me for it!
I alerted them to a hole in a ceiling from a bathroom leak and it was still there a YEAR when I left. Guess who they tried to stick the bill to?

I could go on but you get the idea. I don't recommend them either under ANT circumstances!!!!!

It's a property rental company called "dominium" and I recommend not ever renting property from them.  When you move out they charge unreal prices eg: 250 for carpet cleaning even if you did it yourself, 35 dollars for replacing a 3 dollar window blind.  They charge for filling nail holes, for a cleaning person to come in when it is specifically stated in the lease that normal wear is not charged, but they do charge it.  I moved out and they stuck me with an almost $3,000 bill even though I cleaned it and it wasn't cleaned when I moved in!  DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
