You're an idiot who doesn't even know who stole your money ... do you think the scammers who took it run this site, or even read it? In the meantime you post your phone # on a public web site, so you should expect to get a lot more phone calls. And the crooks who stole your money have (correctly) identified you as an easy mark and will be sharing your contact info with their thieving friends.

Scammers target the stupid. Looks like they hit their mark dead on when they found you, sucker.

Perhaps, just perhaps, you should have figured out who you were doing "business" with before parting with your money. Next time? And don't worry, there will certainly be a next time!

I got what I call FAX REVENGE, I set up the fax modem on 2 of my computers to fax this #, I set up several faxes and configured them to retry 99 times. Today and yesterday I faxed them nonstop from 10am til 8pm. The thing is if you fax their caller response line, they 1. cant' get calls on that line, and  2. are paying someone to answer non productive phone calls. I figure I cost them enough revunu to make up for at least some of the advertising costs they save by using your ink and paper. If everybody did this they would loose a lot of revenue. If your computer has a modem, you probably have a fax program on your pc. so if you use it to do this when you aren't using your phone  line you'll get fax revenge too! I configured my sender information to show their phone# and just put in the notes part "Please Stop faxing me" with no information as to who they are faxing. It was really kind of fun, I left my pc speakers on to hear the frustration, I even called them a couple of times during the 'Fax Blitz and asked "Is it just me or are unwanted faxes annoying?'

I received an unsolicited fax advertising a Bahamas cruise, and stays at Daytona Beach and Orlando, plus a $99/person vacation, including airfare.  I called the number and spoke to Denny.  He said the package might be sold out, but checked and found two for me.  He said they were Boca Beach Travel and worked with a lot of time share companies.  I said I needed to check with my Minister of Finance before I made a purchase.

I did an Internet search for Boca Beach Travel.  No results.  A reverse phone directory search did not produce a result.  The end result is no purchase for whoever it is and a complaint filed with the appropriate agencies.  I hope someone can ID and fine them.

Don't waste your time on them. Let's kick this scammer's a** by having a PC fax program to keep sending faxes to their voice numbers. I'll probably do it until they quit their scam.

This is a scum group.  And I mean scum.  I called, using a private line, and got to a salesman.  I acted interested, because I wanted to get the name of the company to complain about. He said it was "Boca Beach Seattle". As soon as I said I'd received an unsolicited fax, the guy on the other end began a non-stop swearing tirade that was so disgusting that it was funny. I'm only sorry I wasn't able to tape it. But beware of this group and of all unsolicited faxes.

I received the fax at work.  Curiosity got the best of me and I called to get details.  Of course I didn't give them my credit card information.  This flyer said "first 50 callers only" but when I called they found two remaining packages...really (LOL).  Anyway, I tried to look the travel agency up Boca Beach Travel and found nothing.  I was very excited as my family has been wanting to go to Orlando for years and we cannot afford it and this deal seemed too good to be true...it is.  What a disappointment but thank God for the internet and our ability to reasearch information on these scams.

Has anyone bought a package from them? I did and the trips were a lot of fun and a good value. I stayed at a nice for the money hotel in Orlando and got 2 free tickets to Disney. Sure I had to pay for my airfare and pay some minor taxes but overall it was a great trip. I have already booked my Bahama Cruise and can"t wait!!!! It seems like everyone hear is just mad because your fax paper is being used? I think it's funny I'm the only one who actually has used their services. Maybe all you guys should take a vacation!! :)

I got a fax and called 877-230-4319.  Fax claims Three vacations for the price of one.  It includes 4 day bahamas cruise, 3 day Orlando trip with theme tickets and 3 days in either Puerto Vallarta, Las Vegas or Honolulu with roundtrip airfare included for two.  Actually the airfare is not for the florida trip but for the PV, Vegas or Hawaii trip (or so they say).  The flyer said first 50 callers only and they magically had two left like many others have claimed.  You do have to listen to a time share.  Total with taxes and everything was $315.00 and you had to do a 45 day advanced notice.  I did something like this years ago so I don't know if it is legit or not - didn't do it because of the risk.  They said the name was Coral Bay Travel

Note that when a sender of a fax does not identify the sender, it violates the Telecommunications Act of 1991.  There is a $500 penalty, subject to trebling.  Upon being certified as a class, it would be $1500 times the number of faxes that were sent.

The people who answer the phone refuse to provide the company's address.

The woman answering the phone claims that the company is a licensed Seller of Travel.  Yet cannot provide the license number.  The permit number is required to appear on any faxed advertisement.  Additional damages thus likely would be available under Florida State law (although I have not looked).

In short, if your brother-in-law is an attorney or your friend who moved to Florida is married to an attorney, tell them about the company and provide a copy of the fax.

Then you'll maybe able to retire to one of those warm places once the assets of the owner are traced.
