Calling the owner will not stop it.  If on DNC and they call, send the FCC a complaint about suspected violations of the TCPA or of the FCC?s rules, you can file it by e-mail fccinfo@fcc.gov, online at FCCcomplaints or by calling 1-888-225-5322.  These people are making millions scamming others with the promise of delivering a service that is not genuine.  They do not care what rules are violated so long as they continue to make money. I have personally visited their operation. DO NOT LIST WITH THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  The people on the phone are ex-cons and the company violates its own Credit Card Merchant agreement by having these people, convicted of fraud, take down your credit info, which they routinely write down for fraud later you will not trace back to the company. The FBI has visited them on several occasions since 2008 and they STILL have not been shut down.  SEND A CLEAR, LOUD  MESSAGE.

They help people sell things at a higher level.  eBay motors dealer and power seller.

If I worked for the company, I wouldn't be taking this time to defend them.  I actually saw this after I signed up.  Had allot of concerns but needed everyone to know what a worthless worm wants to do to discredit potential customer who want to buy my car.

I did business with this company as well and had a great experience.  I will have to admit looking at this almost drew me away.  I went further into it a spoke to Mr. Weidman directly.  I think you guys should rest your necks a little and move on.  This company did provide the service I was looking for, and sold my John Deere.  Take a look at your own lives I bet someone could attack you too.  I wouldn't be surprised if this company does not take legal action.

For your information Tim had worked for this company and is owned and operated by H&B not Tim if you have some vendetta towards him it would be to your advantage to look somewhere else.  And as for this other M. Hupp does not work for this company at all. May want to check your information before you try to attack someone for your own personal vendetta.

This is a completly legitimate company. They work to do proffessional listings of private seller vehicles. I have used the service and they are very good at what they do.
If you list a vehicle for sale and want a more professional approach than this is the way to go. It is worth the fee!

Asking if I have a car for sale. Stated that they could help me sale it.

They had called my husband about a tractor he listed online, all they said was they found a buyer and wanted him to give they his credit card number cause there was a $275.00 finders fee.  It sounded fishy right off the bat. He said he'd get back to them, but they don't answer there phone They called from 1-877-891-6421 I checked into this company, they have many addresses listed all in Omaha, NE.  The BBB couldn't tell us anything because there fill was being updated. Now I know why. This sounds like a big scam!!! I'm glad that there is a site like this to inform people of companies like this one.

These guys are relentless.  They will not stop calling.  Three times today and 6 times yesterday. Here is what I am going to do - call the owner and maybe fax him as well.

I have been getting calls from this number since I placed my car for sale on Autotrader in early May.  I learned very quickly not to answer subsequent as this appears to be a scam involving the payment of monies for helping sell your car.  They should be shut down and put in jail!!!

Using Craigslist to spam people who are selling cars.  Violates Craigslist's terms of service.  Hung up on me when I started preaching... when I tried to call back it had a recorded message that wouldn't accept incoming calls.

I posted my car for sale on craigslist and they also call me. I spoke with the gentleman there and told him I was not interested. He tried to get me to pay him $319 to sell my car on ebay! He was very rude and told me to call him back in 6 months when I don't sell my car then hung up on me. I think they are a scammer! I too am on the do not call list and told him to take me off thier list, and I also checked the box on CL that stated that I not be contacted by any companies and here we are. I will NEVER post my phone number again...

I have gotten repeated calls from this number on my cell. When I answer, they hang up. I called the number back, and got a recording saying "this is H&B Enterprises. We call people for a number of reasons. We'll call you back..."
This is very annoying. I am on the do not call list. Why can't these calls be stopped??!!!

I also received a call from this company and paid the $379 to advertise/sell my vehicle on ebay.  I just wanted to let you all know that I had a GREAT experience with them. I sold my vehicle in less than 7 days.  I also looked into how much it would have costed me to sell my vehicle by myself on ebay and the cost of paying this company was cheaper. Thought I would just share my experience as I am definitely going to go back to this company again.

They keep calling three times a day. I think they got my info from "AutoTraders.com" Since I listed a car for sale and then they started calling me about the car. They hang up on you when you try and talk to them. They call several times a day and never leave messages. Early morning to which really makes me angry.
