They sent a good amount of things that we went ahead and accepted, it was stuff like ear plugs and safety glasses, which we need and are likely going to use anyway. It was pretty expensive, all things considered (100 bucks for 12 pairs of standard safety glasses?) but we used it. However, once the bill came due, the AR guy began calling me 4 or 5 times A DAY. He said that he had cancer and that he needed me to pay him because of his cancer. Ha, yeah right, it looks like from all the other comments that he has a myriad of ailments that he uses to guilt people into buying more things.

Got the same message as JIm Smith already listed.  Intern came on and asked some questions then got her supervisor, Whitney Malone on the line.  She went on about free NFL shirts, etc and then asked questions about what cleaning supplies we used and then tried confirming our address.  When I asked if she were sending free samples she said no.  At that point I told her we weren't buying anything and she ended the call.

This number is also linked to 954-978-3836 with a company called Innovative or IPC.  They are a scam! More info under the 954 number or looking at BBB where they received a F!

http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/busines ... 4237/complaints

We are arguing with them now.  We found a physical address for them at 6510 NW 21st Ave, Pompano, FL 33069.  They will not give you any info on the company and keep demanding payment for product you did not order.  Very rude! They try to work around several people in the office in hopes someone will just give in and give them money or accept an order that we did not place!

IPC sales call - SCAM - BEWARE
100% total scammers - they troll biz listings like carp all day I imagine...
Got a call from jersey-shores accented females.  1st 1 sweet & young and then handed phone off quickly to gravel-smoker-voice bar floozy aka mama carp-shark who insisted my company had done biz multiple times with IPC in the past.  Always rushed through any specifics when prodded. She was instantly the long lost aunt I never wanted .  "Susan Marx" was her name  (allegedly).  They had "just procured a MLB contract and was gonna hook it up fat!!!!~ hats, tees, tix - I had hit the jackpot, finally #1 dream vendor with fat SWAG.  This doosh took the time to ask for family's teams, dates of games, t-shirt sizes...  nothing ordered - nothing lost

Nice try LOSERS - just DEMAND A EMAIL QUOTE!!!  THEY ARE GOOGLING YOUR BIZ INFO AS THEY TALK TO YOU...GOOD LUCK HONEST PEOPLE - DEATH TO FREELOADERS AND THIEFS

This company is a SCAM.  A month or two ago I received a call requesting a PO from one of my superintendents in regards to a project we had just finished.( We are a General Contractor) My Superintendent told them in no uncertain terms that he did not order any thing from them and not to send anything.  A couple of weeks later they tried to send us a package but goofed up on the address.  The delivery carrier called to see if we were in fact expecting a shipment and I was able to refuse it.  I thought that was the end of it.  They sent another package the next day which I also refused.  Done, right?  Nope, today I received an invoice for 200 pairs of ear plugs. This will NOT be paid and if need be sent to the State Attorney's office for fraud!  Good luck to all of you out there in the same boat.  Always check the packing slip before accepting a package, your delivery company will / should back you up every time.

Our business was scammed by this company. They got lucky by speaking with the new purchasing manager claiming the order was placed by the previous manager. Claiming how the items were on back order and they arrived and are ready to be shipped. I cant understand how they are getting away with this. I am going to report them to everything possible.  Any help is greatly appreciated. I am now sitting with an open invoice for $6,000 that i refuse to pay.

If this has happened to you, report it to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. I did! Then if you get a call back or you call Innovative/IPC/ITC tell them you have reported them to these entities, explain you did not order and you want them to send you a return label to pick up their stuff. I did all of these things and a few days later i did, in fact, receive fed ex return labels in my fax. I also called Fed Ex to verify that they were legitimate. They are and I am sending them back to the company!
Hope this helps someone!
I also have another phone number to help you: 954-973-3300 address 6511 MW 20th Ave, Pompeno, FL 33309
(fed ex gave me this info)

We have also had this happen to us. A gal called with a local number, said it was time we reorder some items, we stated we don't use those etc. etc. Got a call the next day from another gal, said was verifying the order we placed said items were already on the truck. Again we said we didn't order these items and if they come we will ship back. They came, but unfortunately the person who received didn't know to refuse. We waited for the invoice because there was no information on the packing slip. We received the invoice for $790.00. I tried the phone number on the invoice, get only a recording, left my name and number. No calls for several days. I even called back the local number and just got a call center. Today got a call from a Steve Rodgers, very Condescending and Rude! Kept talking over me and telling me my Shop manager was a liar and he did order the products. I kept saying no we didn't just send us a shipping label and you can have your items back.
Finally he said ok and hung up on me. So in total we talked to a Patti Green (supposed sales) Rachael (call center) Steve Rodgers (manager?)

I have had some negative dealings with these people also. I currently have boxes in my office I am trying to return and I am getting NO cooperation from IPC all I had up to this point was a P.O. Box address. I now have an actual warehouse address but my secretary tells me that the lady on the other end of the line at IPC told her if we send it back, the warehouse will refuse it and we will get it back again. I WILL be sending it back and documenting everything. Any suggestions would be helpful.

This company is operating under the name Innovative now and they are still running the same scam.  They find out what team you are "pulling for" and try to get you to buy their stuff with the promise of sending you free stuff.  They quoted us a price for some tape and paint at $720 with two free jerseys.  The stuff came with two T-shirts and at an invoice for over $1200.  They will not return any phone calls about this problem!  SCAM SCAM SCAM!

This company is giving my legitimate company a bad name.  We receive calls weekly from irate customers asking to return items that were never ordered.  We are a small company in Anderson, SC that has a good reputation for quality products and customer service. IPC Marketing in Pompano Beach FL is giving IPC Supply, Inc. a bad name, which we do not appreciate.

Yes, we received a call from IPC Construction today also!!
The first clue something was up - they were asking for a person who hasn't worked for the company for years.
Second - She kept asking for the Safety Manager
Third - When I asked her if they were just trying to sell us a safety training program, she insisted she was a Construction company.  So I asked her to hold so I could get her to the correct person - She hung up. Imagine that!
Forth - the number that showed up on the caller ID is V02110461900114

Don't be fooled!  Double check before giving out PO's or any financial info.

You know these people need to put that energy into a real job, instead of trying to rip people off.
Anything that sounds too good to be true - usually IS!!!  Good Luck

Return Code given to me is MR1. Please use it!!!! These people are ridiculous. I had to argue with them and tell them I was going to sue if they did not take product back. I told him his business practices were shady and I was not paying his restocking fee and shipping. I was shipping the product back we would call it even.

I hope this helps and nobody loses anymore money. Wanted to report them, but the FTC is closed because of the government shutdown!!!

Jess,

We had the similar thing happen to us that seems to have happened to most of these companies.  We received a large shipment of safety material that we did not order.  We waited for the invoice to arrive because there wasn't a telephone number nor physical address in the box.  They tried to contact them several times and finally got a return call back from a guy named Marty.  He too tried to tell us it was an authorized shipment, they had it recorded...yada yada yada!!  We asked to hear the recording but he just danced around the request.  Then told us we could return them but had to pay $150 for shipment/restock fee!! Finally when we told him that we would be contacting our attorney and they would be talking with him next he decided to let us return the shipment.  This company, IPC preys on companies and tries to get as much money out of them as possible even if it's just for supposed shipping/processing.

Steve Rogers call our company claiming that a service tech with no purchasing authorization order supplies under a PO # not used by our company. When probed about what was purchased and where it was sent to he became aggravated and insulted the owner of our company. When asked why his BBB score was F, housed 23 complaints, and was listed as a scam he hung up. This company is most definitely unprofessional and without doubt a scam.

These people drive me insane! They constantly call and ask for our safety manager and pretend to be another company. Lately they have been saying they are UPS (United Parcel Service) and that they really need to speak with the manager about a package that is to be delivered to his home address and they give phony names every time they call.We are ready to file a harassment suit against them.

What did you do to stop payments? just stop and not tell them? I have a shipment with an invoice that I am refusing to pay but the customer service manager I spoke with claims they have a recording of someone in my company ordering the supplies who said he never did. The manager said if he authorizes a return for us we will be charged $100 in freight and restocking fees? I want to send the stuff back but am afraid we will be charged anyway?

They call our company and it's always really noisey in the background. They act way casual like they talk with you all the time and say "Hey, can you grab (insert our safety guy's name here) for me?" I typically know it's them because of all the noise anyway and when they ask that I just tell them to hold and then hang up.

We got scammed as well, 12,000 dollars of safety glasses and oil. Now trying to figure out a way to return the crap. They go in circles and will not let us return the over 500 safety glasses. No PO, no contract and no recorded conversation. They do not have a leg to stand on. Any advise? We have three unpaid invoices and would like to return the product that is completely unopened or touched.
