The Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan took legal action against them to stop abusive and threatening tactics.  The president of the company is Nelson Macwan born 11/25/70 drug dealer paroled 10/19/2001 inmate number K657000. They also have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.  Contact the Office of the Illinois Attorney General Consumer Protection Bureau 500 South Second St, Springfield, Illinois 62706.  This company is totally bogus and illegal, do not deal with them.  Save and record any phone calls.

Got a call tonight from Keith Wolfe of PN Financial. He left a message claiming my husband owes someone money. We don't owe ANYONE any money and make it a habit not to owe money, so we know he is a liar. I called back and got an answering machine, and I clearly stated that if he called again we would be suing him for harassment because we know he is a criminal (based on what I have found online.)

Called inquiring about a gf that hadn't lived here in 11 years. I called them back that, Kieth guy was very rude and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor.  I called back to speak to a supervisor and he told me I was annoying him.  I called back and then he transferred me to infinite hold.

They are also using numbers 877-588-8810 , 847-425-5014, 847-675-6038.  It is a scam folks do not answer your phones.  They will call and call and call.

have been getting these calles from PN Financial by Keith Wolf at my workplace. told him many times not to call there and to either send me emails or have it snailed mail because i want everything documented and not something just said over the phone. i need everything in writing now days, dont trust people over the phones. they agree one thing, then when its on paper, its totally different. then when you ask them to go into the recorded phone calls, they dont have records of it. total scam. but he keeps calling and i emailed them, if they continue to call my workplace, i will contact action line and report them to the BBB

I have been receiving calls from a Keith Wolf from PN Financial for the past year, it started when he called me at my fathers house with having a woman tell me about a debt that was supposedly from HSBC Bank, she was telling me very nicely about options that i had, then all of a sudden this man, Keith Wolf got on the phone and began baddgering me about this debt, i was trying to be a responsible person and explain to him that at that current time i was unable to pay, but that if he sent me the information on the debt i would make it a priority...he then proceeded to begin yelling at me and telling me that he was going to sue me if i didnt pay right then. I then asked him if the call was being recorded because he was being extremely abusive, he hung up the phone on me. Since that time i have spoken to a representitive of HSBC Bank who informed me that Keith Wolf from PN Financial and his associates had stolen some of their files and was trying to scare us into giving them money. He continues to call my home and he has even sent me two letters threatening me. Dont allow this man to keep doing this. I am a single mom of two who has fallen in hard times like most of us out there. He is a very evil man, but more importantly he is commiting a crime.

Got a call from a Kieth Wolse or Wolf, garbled his last name, said he was the
legal representative for PN Financial, said he was going to sue me in civil court,
but of course he was looking for someone else. Called from 847-505-0937 so
I called back, left him a good message (I don't usually call back) so I will probably get
many calls back but I am tired of getting messages for someone else. It should be against
the law, as I have gotten 100's of calls for the person who used to have this #.
I have never heard of PN Financial.

guy left a message saying that I was being sued and left this number, the number he called from was 847-675-7259, when I called this number back and ask for the name of the person it's listed under in the white pages the same guy told me I had the wrong number
