Number just called me and was trying to say "she dosent understand what's going on in office" was asking all sorta of questions told not givong personal information.. They hung up

I got a call from 313-265-2035 name Sharnice with DRS asking me to call her at 1877-590-9066.
I will not return call after reviewing the post

They just called my cell showing a local number.  Since they butchered the pronunciation of my last name, I said she wasn't there and took message.  Gave her number, name and said she was with DRS.  Needless to say, not calling them back.

On my prepaid cell phone which I only share with my family and professional offices only. Don't answer unknown numbers but they left a voice mail stating they were Dynamic Recovery Solutions calling to collect a debt. Of course they didn't leave any information for whom they were calling for nor who they were collecting for. I blocked any further calls to my cell phone from this number. Since we have a land line we get our neighbors calls for people that haven't lived in our apartment complex for over 10 years so no name no answer for me. Lately a lot of calls has been showing with local calling numbers which are obviously out of state. These and even legitimate companies has taken the joy out of having a home telephone. It is a shame that I'm afraid to answer my home phone because of all the scams. Caller ID is a must.

This company used a local number but left a voicemail to call back at 877-590-9066. They are claiming I have a debt that needs to be resolved. B***s***! I have no debt. How can these people be stopped ?

This is Dynamic Recovery Solutions.  They are bottom feeder debt collectors who buy old debts and attempt to collect them thinking people are not (and some aren't) educated enough to know what the statute of limitations is when collecting debts.  Know your rights and what your local statutes are and read the FDCPA carefully.  Arm yourself with knowledge so that you do not fall prey to collection agencies such as this.  You can also report them to the FAA.

I have become an involuntary expert at dealing with these companies.  Seven years ago I got a new phone number because my old one turned up in a list for fax machines and we were getting woken up at 2:00 AM by Fax machines trying to spam us.  The new phone number was easy to memorize but had previously been owned by a bunch of dead beats.  One still gives it out as his number when he is trying to cheat someone!  I always call back the collector's number, because if I don't, they will call daily for months!  I explain the situation, give them my name, tell them to do a reverse look-up and they will see that I am not the person they are looking for.  Without exception, they thank me and that is the end of it.  Be courteous to them, and they are very courteous in return.  If you are not pleasant, they will beat you at the game of who is going to be more obnoxious.  After all, they deal with scum every day for a living!

Spoofed number 832-463-2957 and directed me to call them back at this number, claiming they were attempting to collect a debt. Left robo-voicemail. I have no outstanding or unpaid debt. Nothing on credit reports. Not returning their call.

That's hilarious! Hahaha and I thought it was ridiculous that they called me (17 year old, never had a credit card or even a job for that matter).

This wasn't the first time the swines of "dynamic recovery solutions" left me cryptic voicemails, but they are now using another 877 number. This happened earlier in the year (February, I believe) on my home phone, and has now proceeded to my personal cell phone *sigh* There have already been several complaints against them, see for yourself!

These people called my 11 year old daugter and told her she was in debt!!

When I googled this # (877-590-9066) it says it is GSW Electronics in Virginia. Hmmm...  Caller left msg. saying they were with Dynamic Recovery Solutions.  ??? From what I'm reading on other websites, this is not really DRS. It's scammers.

If they bought the debt, it could show up on your credit report, but if they've been assigned to collect it or are just crooks trying to rip you off then it won't be on your report. A website that has a lot of good info on this subject and how to deal with people like this is CreditInfoCenter.com.  I got a call from this # too and plan to look up their address and send a 'cease and desist' letter to them. I don't know why they are bothering me, but it is a nuisance. I'm sending the letter so they'll know I will not put up with the calls any more.

just got a call on my cell 727-223-6353 to make it look like a local number , I dont answer my cell phone as i sit at the front desk at work  so i let it go to vm. Its a recording repeating over and over to please call 877-590-9066. THIS HAS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!!!!!

Received call from 402-858-8791 which is a local area code number for me.  Said it was about collecting a debt and to call 877-590-9066 immediately.  Did not ask for a name but she said it was Dynamic Debt Collections.  WILL NOT CALL BACK.
But, you should all know there is a new service to stop robo roto calling that was on our local CBS affiliate this past weekend. You can go to.nomorobo.com and sign up to stop these calls. You first need to contact you phone provider (wire or wireless) and then sign up like you did for the DNCL.  If the system is not sure if it is a valid call then it will ask you if you want to take it.  You can answer and they will put your request of yes or no into the data base.  

I just received a call on my cell phone. She said to call her back on 877-590-9066 and she had left messages at my home from 443-977-6347. I also pulled my credit report last week and nothing on it that relates to these people. Watch out as I have been scammed for the past two years because someone out there knows my social and everything about me. It has been a nightmare!

This number has called my twice in a two week span. Always spoofing a number in my area code. I Googled the number and found this, then decided to have a little fun. I called them and right off the bat said "Before you speak a word, you should know that I'm in my dad's office and he's listening and this call is being recorded. Oh, my dad is also an attorney." The lady, Mrs. Williams, was like "Oh, ok." Then proceeded to claim that they're trying to collect some debt from back in 2001. I told her that I had just checked my credit report last week, which I did, and nothing was on there - which there wasn't. She then tried to talk again, at which point I said "Shut up woman, I'm not done." Then I told her that if her company called again that they'd be sued and I hung up.

I have a ton of debt that I'm trying to clear up so I called this # back thinking it was legit. They told  me I have a debt from 2004 from sprint. I've never had Sprint before in my life. I mentioned identity fraud & contacting a lawyer & she pretty much ended the conversation. I gave her no info aside from confirming what she already had. I was freaking out & then came here. Thank goodness I didn't give her any information!

These freaking crooks called me too. I'm going to report them.

Called me twice this month, but my phone blocks their voicemails so I only just saw it awhile ago. Called from a number with a Barstow, CA area code and yet told me to call back with the 877 number. Knew I didn't have debt and checked it out, thank God. Decided to call back the Barstow number but was immediately directed to voicemail, so I kindly left a message for them to f*** off. Extremely upset, I don't want them calling me and I don't understand how they got my number. Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of them for good?

I just received a phone call from 360-524-9717 on my cell; I did not answer as I did not recognize the number. A woman left a message and said to call 877-590-9066. So I looked up the 877 number and found all of yours posts! Thanks for letting everyone know about this scam!!!! I am so sick of these people!!! I don't have any debts either!!!
