Got this call. Also in Oregon.

I have gotten about 10 calls today and no one is on the line, so I called the number back and was told that SCL Elections was sorry they missed me.
I left a message and told them not to robocall again and I was not interested. Now there has been 8 more.
So I found the USA office of SCL Elections and located this contact.  Do you think he would like his phone and answer machine tied up like mine.

Calls several times day and it is very annoying.

I've received ten calls from this number at starting at 2:38 AM, May 18th, 2014.
It rings one whole wing and they hang up in middle of second ring, so I turned on my fax/modem to answer on first ring.
Caller ID showed "Not Provided"

I was asked to take part in a research.  Don't want them to call again unless I solicit them.  877-593-3156

They call repeatedly, the option to remove from call list, I push EVERY time. Finally, i pressed 1 to speak with a person. I said, "Hi, I have pressed 3 every time you guys call, I want to be removed from your call list please". She literally started laughing, hysterically and HUNG UP ON ME. Who are these a-holes?

I keep getting calls from them, too.  Some sort of research.  I just hit "send" and hang up immediately.  They keep calling anyway.  They don't leave a message if you don't answer.  I answered the first time because I thought it was someone I was expecting and I just told them "you just interrupted an important call, goodbye!"  Nothing gets rid of these types.

Today alone they have called my home 9 times! It is a focus group I told them I am in Denver not Oregon so to please take me off their list! BUT OH HELL NO they just keep calling so here every one just turn ur speaker up on ur computer and hold the phone to it and play this...LMFAO they will get the damn point eventually..maybe lol

Received a 3rd call in 3 days, did not answer and they hang up when my message machine picks up.  Recommend all do not answer these repeated calls, you just telegraph you are home and available.

They called wanting to know if I would participate in a "hate" survey.

Looks like the entire city of Las Vegas is today's target.  These scumbags have called my number 4 times between 9 am and 3:15 pm, and have never left any identifying information or message.

Just got a call from this number, caller ID showed "Not Provided".  I did not answer so the answering machine came on, but they did not leave any message.  I don't answer calls from sources I don't know.  BTW, I'm in Las Vegas.

Got 7 calls from these creeps so far today!

We were finally told that calls from this number are being orchestrated by a company working for/with Bank of America. If we needed more information to contact Bank of America at 1-800-669-5790. However, we were also told that even thou this group could call us all hours all day long and  all night long on Saturday and Sunday (from phone # 877-593-3156); The Bank of America phone # we were given (1-800-669-6650), states via a recorded message that their offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Is this a Scam?

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Over several months our household has been consistently annoyed by these calls. We receive from seven to twelve a day. I think the FCC, FTC and the Attorney General should be notified.  

these people are so annoying!!!  they called not-stop this afternoon!  Someone needs to shut them down!!

This number keeps calling the house. I have blocked it three times but it still gets through. They keep calling every 30 minutes or so. I'm sick of the phone calls, about to report them to the phone company.

They keep calling and asking for the same person and that person is not at my number and when I call back I cant get them to answer the phone to have them stop calling me

Don't know why these scam artist types keep calling me. Even if I'd fall for whatever scam they're peddling (and I never do), I have no money anyway.

Called 22 times on Saturday between noon and 7:30pm. Very disturbing. These political calls and surveys take advantage of their DNC "exemption" to harass consumers. They are actually worse than telemarketers, smugly stating that they are allowed to make these calls.

This people have been calling every 15 minutes or so. during meal time.

In New Orleans. Recd 18 calls within 2 hrs. Was not home. But as soon as I got in and my caller Id and as am typing they are calling again.

Calls my parent's home phone every afternoon and at least 15 times a day.

Unknown type of call.

Got 8 calls from this number yesterday.  All calls were about 15 to 20 minutes apart.  (3:36pm, 3:57pm, 4:22pm, 5:36pm, 5:58pm, 6:20pm, 6:35pm, 6:56pm). Thankfully, we were not home.  The first 3 had a caller I'd of "SCL Focus Group", then it magically changed to "800 Service" for the remaining calls.

Asked for my father, who was not at home.  They said they would call back at a later date.

These people called 3 times in one hour.  I answered after  the 3rd time. They asked for my daughter I said she was working.  Then they called again 3hrs later 3 times in one hour.  I called the number back and they say they are having a focus group and you have been selected to participate for your area.  But no company name. Yeah right.
