Got several calls from this number. First they say they're from my states Processing Summons Service. They aren't. They said they were going to have a summons delivered to me to go to court - still waiting for it. They called friends and family (who I've never used as references) to tell them a warrant was out for my arrest if I didn't call them in 24 hours to pay this debt. They won't give me proof of this debt. When I ask for proof that I actually owe this, they cut me off and ask me if I have any money, when I say anything other than 'yes,' they hang up on me.

This is ACM Group. From a call center in Arizona. They are violating many laws. They also don't have a license to collect in my state, but when you tell them that - they hang up on you.

They are not a scam.  I did get served a court summons by these people.  I forgot all about the money I owed.  I ended up in court and had to pay three times the amount.  I would tell anyone who has the opportunity to deal with this before going to court to do whatever it takes.

I thought they were a scam as well but 2 weeks from there phone call I got served and had to pay double the money and the judge only gave me 2 weeks to pay. I still don't recall the debt until my court date they had disclosure meaning video of me getting the loan. But who can really remember something from 2007?????????
