Do you have an address for them?  I need it so my lawyer can contact them for a summons.  I am going to sue them for illegal practices.

I ALSO GOT A CALL, WHAT THEY TOLD ME REALLY HAPPENED, I LISTENED TO ALL U GUYS AN IGNORED THE CALLS BUT WHEN I RECIEVED MY SUMMONS I HAD TO APPEAR IN FRONT OF A JUDGE, WHO IS MAKING PAY A COMPANY BCK 3XS WHAT I OWE......... SWEAR I SHOULD OF TOOKEN CARE OF IT OUTSIDE OF COURT, U GUYS TELLING PPL THT THEY ARE A SCAM IS JUST FINDING A WAY TO GET OUT OF SOME S*** THT YOU NEED TO HANDLE, WORD OF ADVICE.......... Company refuses to give me an address to where they are calling from. Said they were unable to do so and that all transactions had to made by phone.  What creditor doesn't give you their address?

Chevon Benias of USC Litigatoin fund called looking for my sister, saying that she has charges against her.  She needs to call their legal department as soon as possible.  yada yada yada.  Its a scam. He sounded official with a claim number and such.  don't buy it.  I think it is because my sister uses those payday loan places and used me as a reference.  Either they don't have very good security practices for personal information or they outright sell it to list makers that end up calling family members in hopes of scamming them out of money to "keep so-and-so out of jail."

this man left me a message stating he needs me to call and verify my home address and my work address.  he did not state what company he was calling from.  he also stated that "You have been
notified".  Of what, I do not know. All he he said that I have charges pending against me.
Again, he did not specify what charges exactly.
This types of companies have been calling my personal references at their work(I don't know how that obtained their work number)and threatening them as well.

They have also called us regarding a family member and told us that the family member was getting ready to go to jail.  He cussed at me and demanded my husbands "work" number to get in touch with his sister.  When he called back the next day, I pretended like I didnt recognize him and got as much information as I could.  They completely gave me all of her information regarding why they are calling which is illegal in itself.

seems to be a debt collector using illegal practices calling family members stating they are a litigation law firm and are trying to reach ......
