They have been calling my sister for months. Brandon Knight called and left a message, again, reading his script. I called back and he answered, but said he was someone else. I said that the voices sound the same. Then I humored him. I asked him what personal info he needed for his scam to work. He said it wasn't a scam, then I pointed out that there was no ssn attached to the phone number, so I know it's bull.  Then he hung up on me. I called back. He answered, but with a completely different name. I said, "hanging up on me, huh? Take my number off of your f-ing list!" Then his voice completely lost it's "professional" tone and he started using slang, calling me some name that isn't mine, and told me I should be polite to him (If I weren't so completely sure it was a scam, I would've been polite). Then I started yelling at him again. I asked if he had a supervisor, or if he runs this scam alone? Then he said, verbatim, "Well now I'm not taking your number off the list, dude".  I replied with, "I'm not your f-ing 'dude', TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THE LIST." He said he would, and I hung up. I plan on calling that number back from a different number and playing along to get more info on this scam.

I got the same thing. I fell for this once and lost 700 please dont fall for it.

I also received the same message...after I spoke with them, I tried calling both numbers and were unsuccessful in reaching them. I also contacted the clerk's county office and they do not forward this information.

Got a message from Stan Marshall stating an afidate of fraud had been signed and noterized under my san#. They got my work number which is a cell phone and my personal cell number. They said they got my  phone number from the county clerks office. Stan said they would follow me through the legal process. I called the number back and got a generic voice mail box.

I received a message from a Stan Marshall claiming my SSN was flagged for fraud. The call came from 716-514-4889 however Mr Marshall said to call him back at 877-599-2008. Anyone else?

I received a call on my voice mail  vSTATING THE SAME INFORMATION AS EVERYONE ELSE HAS STATED.
Of course this made me very nervous.  The caller was a Brandon Knight stated a SS number had been flagged for questionable fraud and we should seek legal counsel.  I did call back and an answering machine picked up stating leave a message.  They did not ask for a person.  My Son checked on this and stated it was fraudulent.  Should this be reported to the Social Security ?   Thanks to all who responded to this it makes me feel much better.

A message was left on my answering machine from Brandon stating that my SS# had been compromised. I have not returned the call but I am definitely calling Social Security.

I got a call from this number identical to the ones before me.  Said it was Brandon Knight with the same message about my ssn being flagged.  I suspected it was a scam, so I called after hours to see if I would get a machine and it is a generic recording, not for a business.  I didn't leave a message and I won't be taking calls from this number.

Brandon Knight  also called me today. The same message was left....He states my social security number has been red flagged and his firm has given him orders to process these allegations against me and I must call him back immediately. I blocked my number from caller id.  He answered by saying his name, Brandon Knight.  I hung up.  If this is a  firm someone would

answer with the firm name.  How can this fraud and harassment stop?

Brandon Knight from a "mediation and arbitration firm" He states my social security number has been red flagged and his firm has given him orders to process these allegations against me and I must call him back immediately. He'll be waiting for a long time because I am not calling him. I also contacted social security adminstration and they confirmed my number has not been compromised.

Been receiving calls from several people at this number for months. The latest is Tina Martin. Same as many posters with SSN# being flagged for fraud. Has anyone received anything official from your local courts in reference to United MAR? I told them to stop calling or I would report them to FCC.

I use prepaid cell phones.  No SS# associated with them.  When Tina Martin called today saying a SS# associated with this cell number had been flagged I knew it was a scam of sorts.  Glad to know from this site I am not alone!  The number they wanted me to call looks to be an India toll free number.  I wont be calling.

I got a call today from Tina Martin saying my SSN was flagged for fraud and they needed to speak with me immediately.  They've called off and on for months...must not be too important.

These people called my mom, left a message she could not understand.  It was a message for me telling me that it was about a former business I owned, that they had my SS# and they were going to sue me if I didn't call them back.  I searched the web to find out where the number came from and got this website so thought i would share the info as well.  Total scam artists!

These people claim to have my Soc. Sec. No., and papers, to file in my jurisdiction. This is hocky doo.

Threatening to sue, or suggesting under the impression that you intend to do so,  on a debt that has expired under the Statues of Limitation is a Federal and  Florida crime.

They have been calling me for months and they always say call them back before paperwork is processed to locate me.  I am not hiding you a**....  They also tell me its urgent but if thats the case why are you still calling and why have you not located me yet.  Whatever.  They also call from a 3129850586 number or something like that.

Some lady left a voice mail message on my work phone about my social security number and wanted me to return the call.  I called the 877-599-2008 number and after several rings a message came on line and said to call back after 9:00am or leave a message.  Did not leave a message.  Since this is my work number I am reporting it to our tech person.  And I am not calling them back.

These people (Jennifer Allen with United MAR) have left messages stating they have paperwork with my name and social security number on it and need a return call.  They never say WHO they are calling, and since I haven't filled out any paperwork since I got my current phone number thru Vonage, I have no intention of calling them back.  (Especially after reading some of the responses here).

I got a call from these "people" stating that my social security number had been flagged for fraud. And that I was also going to be sued unless I took care of this matter. They left a number that doesn't work (surprise). I pulled all three of my credit reports and show nothing from these people. So I reported them to the FTC.

Well I should say- Someone claiming to be a lawyer trying to help  "me" solve my debt problem.
