Same as the others RTR  robocall is calling twice a day for some unknown person and has been for years.  The calls originate from various numbers but always request the same person.  argh

They have had 25 collection complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Real Time Resolutions calls at least twice daily looking for Gloria Media and now Gloria Gloria about a property at 6020 Mayflower Ave. This is so annoying!  Neither Gloria Gloria nor Gloria Media has this phone number. The person at this phone number doesn't even own property. This person Real Time Resolutions is calling is retired and HAS NO MONEY.! The caller is a recording, so it does no earthly good to just hang up. This is so annoying. I just let the recording go and don't answer the phone. However PLEASE STOP THIS INSANITY!!!

They have called me as many as 25 times in the past month and left message. I NEVER answer. They have a correct name but for a property unknown to me. I have no mortgage, no loans or liens, pay off credit cards on time, and have a credit score over 800. This is clearly a harrassing organization.

I got calls from this company on both my home and mobile #'s today.  Even though I answered the phone both times, it was an automated message that told ME to call them back.
When I called them they said they wanted to "help" me pay off my home loan (they say I'm behind on my pymnts. and have gone to collections).  Their agent kept asking me to provide my SSN and then my mailing address. I declined to do so and explained that I had recently bought my first/only home and paid for it outright...NO BANK/LOAN!  The agent insisted that I confirm my info for her so she could discuss this matter with me.  Neither of the agents that I spoke with could even confirm the property address on which the loan was issued or the amount that was currently due.
While I believe that this is truly a scam, I will check my credit reports ASAP and verify the validity of this company before speaking to them again.

For weeks, I am receiving phone calls at least two times a day from Real Times Resolution. I called them three times at 877-599-2843 to explain that I am not the person you are trying to reach, that it is a wrong number. You were supposed to correct list. But I am still receiving calls...  Next step : I am gonna take action against your company.

If the message is so important why is it pre-recorded.  Just harassment in hope will be one of the less than 10% dumb a$$es that will talk to them and send money.  If the calling generates 1 out of 10 hits for money guess they will be calling as long as there are phones for them to harass.

These idiots call here every day looking for James Merritt.  Don't know who this is.  When I called back, you can never get a live human.  Real scumbags with a lousy answering system. DNC registry won't block this number.

they repeated 4 times during the recorded message that "if you are not the party named then do not listen to this very important message".  Then they went on to say that they were a collection agency offering financial aid to "so & so" for his financial distress at 34567 happy lane street.
My question is this....at what point can I pay $US to have thier system hacked and all calls rerouted to Kazakhstan?

I called them back.  They were looking for the deadbeat that owned my home *two owners ago*.  Not even the deadbeat that sold it to me.  The guy they were looking for sold the house in 2006 and *never* had my telephone number.

They began calling me during the day, asking me for my social security number so they could help me with some problem I had.  I told them it was none of their business and hung up.  On other calls, they wanted my attorneys name and phone number, which I didn't give.  They call numerous times a day and I called them back and asked to be taken off their calling list.  I let them know that if they call again, I will file a harassment claim with the police dept. and also let the "no call" people know they are not abiding by the law.  FILE A POLICE REPORT!  Tell them you want to be off the call list!  Let them know it is harassment!  Contact your governor's office, DA, etc.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!

They call concerning foreclosure accounts that are past due. I was asked to verify my SSN and when I told her that if she had it, she had it illegally and SHE could tell me what it was. She got huffy and said that RTR bought my defaulted loan from XXXX (mortgage servicer) for pennies on the dollar and RTR wants me to work out a loan repayment.

I told that I would only speak to them about a loan repayment when they could show me the ORIGINAL BLUE INKED/WET SIGNATURED NOTE.

She told me hatefully that she didn't have to show me anything. So I hung up on her.

Now they will call sometimes 2 or 3 times a day and then not call for a couple weeks, then start calling again. As early as 7:43 in the morning and as late as 9:21 at night.

This number is calling my 11 year old's pre paid (emergency only) cell phone.

Real Time Resolutions, Inc calls my client and won't take legitimate contact information with me their broker - only says things like this:

My client reports she received phone calls from "Chris" and finally he gave her this number:  877-599-2843.  She reports to me:

             "He is a real gem - please be careful...when you talk to him...in my dealings with him...
             this is the person who told me "he could put a lean on this house to get his money"
             "he has attorney friends and will make things difficult for us"
             "he knows people at BofA and he could make this happen"
             "we can do nothing except pay him...no other answer will do"
             He has been nothing but rude at every phone call... never nice or polite...
             the tone of his voice is grating and you know it is him..."

As her representative, I called "Chris" and got a lady who said here is the fax number to fax in the borrower's information (right...) fax 214-599-6357 or email it to:  repsupport@reresolutions.com.  

Have not received any sort of verification from my contact at BofA that they are legitimate and I suspect they are not.

Called today so rude no message and just I got to the phone hung up.

I have been plagued by bill collectors since I got the number in 2008 after a while most have stopped.

After explaining that I am not the person they want most of them stopped.

But not these dooshballs.

I'm not worried karma irons out all the wrinkles eventually.

Real Time Resolutions is the firms name but they are more like real time resolution losers.

It is " Real Time Resolutions".  I called it back.  It is a collection agency.  They were looking for my ex-husband.  Been divorced from him for 11 years.  That was the last time he was at my numbeer.  They wanted his info. but it wasn't something I wanted to get involved in.

I have received several call from 877-599-2843, they will not tell me who they are, but will like me to give them my personal information. It's frustrating, when they call, and keeping arguing about trying to resolve an issue that one has. But without telling you who they are. It's obvious they a fraud.

This number has called me more times than tiger woods cheated on his wife! They call me all day and all night. My dad let me have his old number, thanks dad, and now they are all over my phone. He says don't answer it and that he will handle it, but they just still keep calling.

They are calling my 11 year old on her pre-paid cell phone. I knew it wasn't someone that we know since she was at school when her phone rang. Only our immediate family has the number, so I didn't answer it. I added it to her phone list and named it "Do Not Answer", so that pops up when it rings. Last thing I want is some scammer talking to my child!

A bill collector. I didn't talk to them but they kept calling back.
