They won't give a address or a company name but they want your debit card number and say they are going to serve court papers.

My Dad got a call from this number stating they had a case number, etc in my name. Also mentioned something about a check, but...they didn't call ME. My Dad lives in another state...sounds suspicious that they wouldn't attempt to call me first.

rec'd a call from a lady named Lisa Shaw about a fradulent check.
