They are calling my fax line all hours of the day.  I am not behind on my payments, they are on automatic draft, plus I pay an extra 200.00 per month to go to the principal.  So now what's the excuse.

They call 3 times a day.  My mortgage was paid off 15 years ago!!!  They never leave a message.

They called me and said my mortgage was not paid. I have all the receipts and conformation numbers. When I told her that she stopped talking but did not hang up. Just dead air for a couple of minutes.  What is with  these people?

This Beneficial a loan company.  It you are late the bomb you with phone calls.

They call me every morning about 8-9am. I finally answered the phone yesterday. They were looking for a room mate from over 10 years ago. I told them he wasn't here in 10 years. I got another call from them this morning asking for him again. I told them to take my number off his name. We'll see if they call again tomorrow. And they call, then tell you to wait because all of their people are busy and then finally connect you to someone.

These people call all day and late at night sometimes they do not say anything even though I answer and say hello several times. They are asking for some one who does not have my phone # and I have told them over and over that the people they want are not at my number something should be done to stop these people I see BBB in the future maybe that will stop them !

HSBC or HFC is by far the absolute worst Mortgage / Finance company in the US. They are a rude, disrespectful, high
interest rate company. Should go back to England and screw those people.

got another call today from this number and no one seems to know who it is so I will continue to NOT answer it.  this time it came in at 9:34 CST.  Got one last night at 6:05 Pm also and there have been several times cause they called me at 6:03 pm at 12:32 pm 9:48 am

Don't know who they are but have called my house several times and won't leave a message.

They call four to five times a day seven days a week.  They never leave a message and when you do answer the call, they hang up!  My husband just got out of the hospital after spending three weeks in CCU.  He can't get any rest due to these constant calls.

I sympathize with anyone of you who are struggling and wish to have the American Nightmare that many others received as a dream. I see a system destined to keep poverty amongst us and many suffering. We are supposed to be the greatest country in the history of the world. There is supposed to be a way for everyone to work toward their dreams, and I have not found it yet.
This is just another example of the rich taking advantage of the not so rich.
Many of you wish to buy homes and are buying homes only to find in the end that it has become a struggle with the loss of a job or high medical bills (which you can hardly get out of).
No one cares! It doesn't make any difference what color or nationality you may be, no one cares! I'm am sorry, but this has been my experience brought to you by HSBC Mortgage and others like them.

Yeah, HSBC, and its not the company they used to use for collections- who were nice but harrassed the hell out of me. I have had family and medical issues and now that HSBC actually is contacting me, they are working with me and accepting payments. ACI would call the day AFTER I made a payment asking for another one!

I'm call 30 to 40 times a day, calls come during the night, weekends, holidays, there is no end. When I answer no one say anything, this has gotten old !

Yes it MUST be from HFC  we do have a mortgage with them and have been having a VERY hard time paying our large mortgage payment.  We're a month behind and we know it.
It's true, they won't help And they do NOT care !

I sometimes just take the phone off the hook so they get a busy signal.  
My husband tried to get a modification from another bank and instead we got Scammed out of $600.00 !  Beware People.

They are also calling to phish, if you have an account they try to collect financial data on you as well as additional loan incentives. Incentive being more debt for you.

I don't have a mortgage.  I don't have any outstanding debt either so they're calling just to be calling.

I stopped paying them after Oct 2012..they are horrible..declined my modification and wont work with you.  everyone else pays 2% or 3 % interest and im over 6%. I said F that and walked away-rather be renting anyway....so I will take a ding on my credit for a few years..heck i pay all my other bills..but they are horrible others will say the same.  Even had a pay cut of 4000 thousand dollars they still declined it. They don't budge a bit and even when i did talk with some one a year ago they said a modification would only bring it to 5 something percent and you'd have to re do it again ever 6 months....wtf

Caller hangs up as soon as phone is answered

i should be in foreclosure status by now so not sure why they are calling.  they were not willing to work with us and instead kept tacking on fees.  i only asked that they move the fees to the end and let me bring the note current.  no such luck.  they want all or nothing.  even if you tell them exactly when they will have it, it doesn't seem to work...so, it's either screw them or file bankruptcy.  either way, 7 years???  screw them.

If this is HFC they wont leave a message or talk with you if they think you are recording them. HINT: if you do answer, after they tell you "this call is being recorded for ....reasons" just tell them you are recording them too. They will not want to contunie.

You could also change your outgoing message to have the same pauses as a live person - that will get them to at least start talking.  So your message would say"  Hello.......................hello....." just as if you answered yourself.   However, this is will sound very strange to anyone else calling that you may realy want to talk with, like potential employeers..

This number calls my mothers house all day every day.  She is elderly and ill.  How do I stop the calls?

I get calls from this number two minutes apart and up to ten calls in a row!  No messages.  
I am not behind in my mortgage.  In fact I just spoke to our mortgage holder two days ago and we are in fine shape with them.
Like many others, if I don't recognize the number and there is no message I do not call back.
If it is HFC they definitely need some reminders about business ethics.

It's a robodialer so it can dial you all night and day and never get tired...and it never does.

HFC - really nice lady called.  not the norm at all.  i explained the medical problems, she noted my account and said i could call back once we made it through ICU.  i am utterly shocked.  this is a new number for them.  so i answered blindly only to find that this time i wasn't being harassed.  any other time, i would say that my conversations have been far less than nice - and quite frankly i've dealt with an a***ole or two.
