they can get your number if you sign up for something related to that company perhaps you signed up for a sim9inar threw a diff company along time ago and put your contact info down....they use that.

even if your on the DNC they can call you because you would have tech gave them permission without realizing it. if that makes sence?
example you buy a plain ticket in advance and put your number down and adress online when you pre ordered them, you will most likley get a call if they have a deal going on pertaining to something similar later down the road...

Does anyone know how i can sue Robert Allen seminars for calling me on my cell phone at least 2 times a day for past 2 weeks . I can prove it in court by showing my cell phone bills. No matter how many times I tell these people I'm not interested they still keep calling me back. I'm on the natioal do not call list. Once I find out I will go to any length to sue them no matter what the cost is. So hey, Robert Allen be a fool and keep calling me. I'll make sure to bring all of my cell phone bills to court.

I received a call from this number. Did not pick up because I did not recognize the number.

I don't answer them any longer. It's always about a "free" seminar usually out of town for me. I told them once that I would come IF they paid my airfare. Of course they wouldn't.

I lost my life's savings believing this scam artist. Beware of any thing he or his henchmen tell you.

Has called most every day for last two weeks from Asian women always asking for fictious name....... each time she has been advised, wrong # and asked to not call again. Now on 'blocked' list, noticed that I received 7 calls this morning.

It's been happening to me for the past 2 months. I just ignore the calls, in fact I ignore all calls from numbers I don't know. If it's important, who ever it is will leave a message. Let me know if there is a class action lawsuit, I'll participate for sure.

This number 877-604-4371 kept showing up on my caller ID and no message was left. Today I picked up and it was a telemarketer with a heavy Indian accent representing Robert Allen seminars.

I told her I was not interested in the seminar and asked if my name and number could be taken off their list and she hung up on me. I consider that very rude and un-cordial. If I ever became interested in attending a seminar about real estate it won't be with Robert Allen.

They've been calling me about once or twice a day, asking for some guy I've never heard of. I kept telling them that they had the wrong number, and that they've been calling me nonstop asking for the same guy, and they just say "Oh sorry" or straight up hang up on me.

Called our residence, we are listed on the "National Do Not Call Registry", which at this juncture...is a jolk.

I had my number listed on national do not call datebase. But they kept calling me in anyway,  how can I sue them?
