Keep calling saying I need to be home to sign papers for court. Certified documents.. Calls come up unknown and they even contacted a friend looking for me as well.

They call my phone & hang up & when I called back the lady would not answer my questions & each time I asked who they are & so on all she'd say was "what is your phone number? " she completely ignored me so I just hung up...

They call several times a day and never leave a message and if I answer there's no one on the other end. Very annoying!

You can sue people like this for harassment if the repeatedly call you and if you request the bill and they do not provide, a friend of mine just did it and not only did thus agency pay the bill they also paid 600$ to my friend for the harassment

Senior Representative Nicole Callahan, trying to collect debts that were paid many years ago. A man called from this other number first. 1-877-609-2570. But he could not transfer the phone call to the Massachusetts State Police.  They have a bunch of 800 numbers or so he said. It appears they are already being reported on Nationally for harassing people with fradulent activity, which includes asking people for teir bank account numbers,

I did advise them not to collect debts for anyone, as it is a dangerous business.

There are actual companies that are rebuilding hurricane and tornado damaged areas of this country. They do not stop their work to answer bogus calls from kids using their cell phones to collect debts. With paperwork intact, they do not know where their courts are located, have not been audited, but are seeking to collect debts from people nationally.  DANGEROUS BUSINESS, being there have been heinous crimes associated with bombings, shootings, etc.

I have heard it all. These people are trying to destroy our country, by collecting debts on senior citizens, handicapped, and others that are not able to help themselves. On behalf of the United States Department of Justice in your State. CEASE AND DESIST.  

Now, I am not explaining any of these words to you. Do, not pay your bills from collection notices. If you received a bill from a company you have a debt with, then pay it with that company. Not with these people who don't know any better and use these 800 numbers to do extortion.

This EOS-CCA is not bonded by any particular AGENCY of our Government. Which makes it even more dangerous for them to collect debts, handle money, or represent you in a court of law.

They keep calling me from 877-609-2570 for a different person. I keep telling them they have the wrong number and should go back to their skip department and tell them so. These people are very rude and think that the person on the other end of the line don't know the law. Next time call the Attorney General of Wisconsin and the BBB on their phone practice and file that complaint, because that is what i did. And if they keep calling for the wrong person tell them what you did and give them the complaint file number. It takes a little bit of work on your part but it does work and if they call after that you have a case to sue and they will be willing to settle out of court, It looks like they have about 2 offices in Wisconsin. how do we stop this number from calling us?

if they do not get the bankruptcy info forwarded to them they have no way of knowing until they are told, just like any other company! If your bankruptcy info didn't get to there company maybe you should call your attorney and ask why he/she isn't doing there job!

I keep getting calls from this number and it hasn't stop and they hang up as soon as you answer!!!

These people scammed $200 off me over a year ago. They are a phoney collection agency. I gave them bank account information and set up a payment plan of $50.00 per month until paid. Became suspicious when they tried to make 3 deductions in 1 week. Owned by Felix and Oscar Lopez out of Ft. Mill,SC

they have been calling me about medical bills to and when i told them to talk ton my insurance providers they said oh no we dont do that we need prrof that you paid ur bills so i called my insurance and they said its against the law for me them to say  that and the lady diddent even give me her name nor did she even know what bill it was even for which hosptial total bull s*** they just want you money because there scam artist.

This number keeps calling my young childs phone.I have talked to this company on more then 1I occation and they say sorry and they'll stop calling...a year later and they are still calling my 13yryoung olds phone!!! Got a few calls from them claiming bank fraud which is real good considering I don't have a bank acct I have an online debit card

This is a collection agency, in april i was hospitalized for 3 days, have no job no insurance and no money !! I applied for charity and got a letter from the hospital saying i was accepted and my bill was paid . This company called me on a regular basis daily telling me this conversation was being recorded after several calls from them i just answer saying check your recording !! I do not hide from them .. just gets annoying so now i just dont answer :)

This is a company that received a medical bill that the insurance company was slow to pay on my behalf. They don't care, and will harass until you give in and pay again. I deal with reputable clinics who referred me to them. The clinics should be the ones to notify the collection company that the bill was satisfied. But they won't, as the collection company now wants THEIR comission from the clinic, so it's not in the clinic's interest. The collection company can do nothing to you to force payment, unless they have actually taken you to court and received judgement. They hide in states that are very lax in consumer protection, and licence themselves there. Get an airhorn, and give them a blast!

This number keeps calling me 5 times a day. When I answer there isnt nobody there. So why are they keep calling my phone.

I called their main office at (414) 483-1000 option #1 and gave them my new work cell phone number (which is what they were calling looking for someone else; recycled number), and they promised to remove the number from their system.  I have not heard from them in several days, so I'm guessing that worked.  Judging by their website, they primarily collect on Healthcare related issues.  I would suggest everybody else do the same.
