I received a call from them today so I'm wondering should I pay it or should I not. Could someone respond ASAP they said I have until 5

I received a call from this number today.  A voice mail at work, a call to my ex husband's cell phone and another phone number that I have stating that there were several complaints in my name for a bank that I have never had an account with.  The voice mail stated that I need to call this number to obtain the information, but when I called the number she couldn't even tell me any information other than what personal information she had googled on me.  When I asked the same ghetto chic at x326 for information she said it wasn't her responsibility to provide me with any she was just providing me with an opportunity to begin making payments.  WTH is that?  I told her I wasn't giving an unknown person any money and if she couldn't provide me with any then I had no need to talk to her. She said she would give me 3-4 hours to figure it out before proceeding.  Go figure. Proceed on.

My husband and me just got some calls trying to scare us into giving them my daughter's information.  They tell us that she has some fraud cases against her pending and they need the information with in 24 hours.  So tired of them calling us while she is already working to pay her bills and has worked out a plan with the creditors!

I had the same calls as the persons above. They misrepresent themselves. The one guy called my job saying he was a server calling to get my home address because he didn't want to serve me at work, he actually told me to contact the company with my physical address and then call him back. When I called the number he provided HE ANSWERED. I explained or tried to explain that I had no idea what they was talking about and yes I would love to go to court they used some tactics to attempt to scare me and make me think they was some legal department blah blah blah. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The lack of knowledge and intelligence is what have them away. A court server does not call you to warn you that their on the way, they don't block their phone number, they don't call you back to back numerous time on your cell phone and work number even after you have told them that your employer does not allow it, they don't google your family members and call them saying you have fraud charges pending harrassement and slander and the ghetto chick at ext 326 doesn't call you a liar when you tell her you have a lawyer and also tell you that it's LEGAL for her to contact you at work when you have informed them not to do so and not call your elderly grandmother when you have my personal cell number. These people must not really be attempting to collect any debit. The sole intent is to harrasse. WON'T GET ONE DIME OUT OF ME. If they continue calling my job they will be paying ME.

Got call today @ work.  Id on phone is caller id blocked # the person left their name said I have 2 complaints filed against me they wanted my address for work and home for me to call them back right away before they proceed with my cases.

said he was from the Process and Serve Division in Providence and there was a legal matter pending against me and left a case # and this phone number to call to resolve the issue withinin 24 hours or charges would be filed against me. I will wait and see, i get these calls all the time and i am just tired of them and when i tell them that i will contact me my lawyer with their information they get rude and hang up on me.
