been getting this same kind of call for (years).  always same old story, received legal papers pertaining to me and a default or non response.  will serve me with papers at home or employment if do not call back.  so sick of this.  get a new game!  just a debt collector.  made a mistake years ago of applying for a cash advance and been getting this kind of crap ever since. they must have sold my info.  sometimes their speech is so thick I have to just hang up.  call shows up as unknown or private.  the newest guys name from 877 613 5607 is dave or david marks I believe.  already deleted the message.

got a call from them today from a David Mark saying they are going to serve me papers.

I've been getting these messages routinely also. Nick Adams is one of the people leaving messages on my cell phone now!! And the phone number shows up 'PRIVATE NUMBER' . They've got some nerve!  They can keep calling until the cows come home!

Same call same name   of Nick Adams, we retrurned the call,, they had my wife's name correct even our address,,, but wrong soc sec #  the person she spoke to said he would take care of it.  Be careful when speaking to anyone,, make them provide the information  could be phising for info.  You don't have to verify anything, they are making accusations and accusing you of something.  And if it is a collection agency you have the right to demand proof of debt and under the law they must provide it.  If she should be served papers at her work place and it wasn't even for her,, you can bet they would have a law suit on their hands

I got a call too this morning, the call came up as "unknown" on my caller ID.  Left a message and said the same thing then this other post, from Nick Adams and if I don't call the 877 613 5607 that they would come to my house and work to serve me papers and gave a reference & case # for a court appearance????  I called that number a few times, mostly gave me a busy signal.  Did get a live person and I asked what company it was and they said Principle Credit Management.  Can't find this so called company on the internet.  I think it's a scam.  Let's see if they ever show up to serve me papers..... I'm leaving it alone.

I just got a call from Mr. Nick Adams as well trying to contact my husband. He will be in for a surprise if he tries to find him right now. He is in a hospital bed for at least 2 weeks. What scum!!

ive gotten the same phone call but his name has change to Nick Adams and when i called an answering machine came on and said ive reach Mr. Victor Russi so i think this is fake. i was scammed about a yr ago and sent money and they threated me then to. I think now that i paid before that my name is out there as saying call this sucker she paid once she will pay again, But im not so im not answering any calls. I was told if it doesnt come in the mail then its a scam and i was told my the fraud people.

I've gotten an unknown call for over a week now telling me they are going to serve me papers to appear in court at my home or place of business or I can contact someone at that number before they show up. No one showed up to my work on the first day now waiting on the second day, he just called and said he would be on his way (unless I call back) Well I'm home, we will see but as I understand it servers have to physically give you papers so I'm not sure what a phone call is supposed to do. Oh and there had been no reference made in any of the messages about not being able to get the papers to me last time. I can only assume this is a debt collector (I know I have some outstanding) I want to pay my debts but refuse to fall for bully tactics. Oh and when I call this number I get "Mr. Vandermort's Office) The name of the server and Mr. Vandermort pull up nothing that I can find on the internet.
