I got a $89 out of my account

They charged me $89. twice!! WITHOUT PERMISSION!!

I got a $89 charge on my account.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME SITUATION AS EACH OF YOU, EXCEPT I RETURNED THE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND AND I TRACKED THE PRODUCT THAT I RETURNED TO THE COMPANY. THEY GAVE ME THE ADDRESS TO SEND IT BACK TO BUT WHEN IT GOT THERE IT WAS FORWARDED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS AND THEN ANOTHER UNTIL IT ENDED UP IN SANDY UT...THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS WAS IN FLORIDA. ONCE RECEIVED, I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK, BUT I WAS WRONG. I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES NOW AND EACH TIME THEY TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY RECEIVE THE PRODUCT BACK. THEY EVEN LOK UP THE TRACKING NUMBER AND SEE WHERE IT WAS RECEIVED IN THEIR COMPANY BUT THEY WON'T PROCESS A REFUND. I ALWAYS ASK TO SPEAK WITH THEIR SUPERVISOR AND THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW UNTIL TODAY AND I FINALLY GOT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO SAID THEY WERE AN OFFICER. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES ASKING HER TO REFUND MY MONEY AND SHE KEPT GIVING ME THE SAME STORY. I KEPT INSISTING AND SHE FINALLY TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD PROCESS A REFUND TODAY AND IT SHOULD REFLECT ON MY CREDIT CARD IN 2-3 DAYS SO WE'LL SEE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IF YOU ARE NOT PERSISTENT, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVER.

CALLED SEVERAL TIMES.  OFFICE CLOSED  I HAVE DEC. AND NOW JAN. CHARGE OF 89.31, I DID NOT PURCHASE HAVE SENT ENVELOPES BACK.  I WANT TO HAVE CREDITS ON MY MASTERCARD AND NOT TO SEND ANYMORE PRODUCT, I HAVE MS AND CAN'T TAKE IT.

Has anyone gotten blocked on the phone call, i have called four times and gotten hung up on. I sent the product back in 12-1-08 and STILL have not had a refund. Also i change my accoutn info and i just called today to see if they refunded me (which they didnt) because my account had been changed. The lady wanted my account number and i told her no she hung up on me i called back and asked to talk to the manager and another guys said they were busy, i asked to know the name they said they could not give it out. I am ready to call an attorney and sew. I called yet one more time and asked to speak to a manager and they said what was wrong and i told them i wanted a refund and they said to me they refunded me two hours ago. and i said how and he said he didnt know and hung up on me. I am DONE who wants to come with me to an attorney and all get our money back :)

I specifically remember when I ordered the free supplement (with paid postage) to indicate that I did not want further products.  Why was my charge account charged without my permission for the $89.31 on Nov 28?
I expect a credit to my account and please send me a postage paid mailer for return of the products I did not authorize.  Your business tactics will be reported so other consumers do not get into this dishonest and inconvienient scam.

Wow! I wish I could say I only lost $3.95. I have been on the phone with my bank AND several different 800 #'s. Apparently, in the last 48 hours my account has been charged $221.48!! These charges are from "enhancemybody", "www.fit-fac.com" and "pricelimbo.com". I am working with my bank to acquire as much background information as possible on Nubodi and all of these affiliates. I am pursuing legal action to the fullest extent. I imagine that if enough folks have experienced a financial loss, no matter how substantial, the result may be a class action law suit. If this were only an issue of $3.95, I would have not pursued anything. However, $221.48 is a huge hit for me, especially during the holidays. After googling and reading so many of your comments, I am not sitting this one out.

I genuinely look forward to hearing from you. In spite of these unfortunate circumstances, I pray each and every one of you are blessed beyond belief in 2009.

i have been waiting 5 weeks for my refund

I was also scammed by this "free trial"  I paid the shipping and handling for my free trial of the Acai Berry and the Total Cleanse.  The MyEZTrim charged my account 89.31 and the total cleanse charged 78.84.  I contacted both companies and they both refused to refund my money.  At first, MyEZTrim said my refund would take 3-5 days.  When it wasn't refunded, I called back.  The next lady told me it would take 15 business days.  I patiently waited, but still no refund.  When I called again, they said they would not refund my money and said I needed to ship the product back.  "What product?"  I asked.  I have still not recieved this 89.31 product they supposedly sent me over a month ago.  They gave me a tracking number and with no suprise, that is an invalid tracking number. I would be more than happy to sue this company with everyone else.  It's not right to rip off people.

What was the phone number???  I'm having no luck with any of these phone numbers.  Some are disconnected, the 877-859-1105- I held for a total of over an hour- and the same with the pricelimbo 877-350-8480.  Somehow I think these two are connected.  If you have any information, please post it!

I also was scammed by this company.  They charged my credit card $89.31 when it was supposed to be a $3.95 charge for shipping and handling for this FREE TRIAL.  I will never do anything like this again.

Rita, Marsha, and others who wrote.  I had the same experience.  Ordered $3.95 special and was charged $29.95 by fitfac.com, $89.31 by MYEZTRIM, $89.31 by DIET OFFER STORE, and $8.51 by PRICELIMBO.com all out of Utah.  I've learned my lesson too, just hope I don't get charged monthly.  Thanks for your encouragement.  I thought I was alone in this.

Marsha,   Everything that you wrote about---MYEZTRIM, the $89.31, the $29.95 charge--I never ordered any of this.   What a rip-off.  I will never order anything on the internet again unless it is from a company that I know.  I sure learned my lesson today.   The only thing I ordered was the Acai berry for $3.95.  Good Luck, everyone, who got taken by these people.

How about everyone on this website get together and file a law suit against this company.  It is unfair.  If you are interesting in doing this, please get back to me.  I think it would be worth it.

Good Luck.  You will not get a refund from MYEZTRIM.  It is a rip-off and it isn't right.  I never saw anything in fine print about be charged $89.31 each month for this product.  I thought I was getting a trial bottle for $3.95.  I was just charged the other day $29.95 but I called and they refunded that back.  I didn't sign up for this.  This is a lesson well learned.  In these tough time we don't need this.  I guess we all should lose weight the right way by eating right.  I am really upset over this and they tried to say it is too late and once the product is shipped out there is nothing they can do and you can't ship it back because they don't accept their product back, that tells you alot.

I ordered a product online for $3.95 and never received the product. Then they charged me $88.97 for a product I never ordered. No problem. Visa is charging them back. Yea!!!

Hi I read most of the complaints and comments above and tried some of them to get back my refund from acai berry company, after they charged me $89.31.  I was very lucky to get a prompt reply from one of their staff.

Long story short, they cancelled my account on friday 5 Dec 08 and promised a refund within 5 working news.  Great news is that my money has been refunded to me today 9 Dec 08

However pricelimbo has also taken $8.31 from my account, called Acai berry company today to cancell that too and to request for refund, promised that the refund will be made within 5 days.  I was given a number to contact Fitfactory directly to cancel any account with them.  Still waiting to get through to the number that was given to me for them

ACAI is nothing but greedy greedy consumers.  they also charge me 89.31 for 3.95 free trial pills.  cannot get through to their phony Phone number.  Government needs to check into this site.  I called my Bank and told them this is a scam and  they are taking care of this and sending me dispute form to fill out.   Greedy b*****ds this company is.  all they care about is getting peoples money

hi my girlfriend has just had the same happen to her do you know the company name as she got to the site through facebook, im also going to the bank to dispute it and hopefully go down some legal path to bring the company down, sue them see how they like getting robbed ha

I like everyone else, order the "free trail" of this Acai Berry stuff and was charged the extra $89.31.  I have called them and they couldnt find any of my information and gave me a new number.  Someone (us) should do something about this isnt this against the law for them to do this. (Unless it was in fine print at the bottom of the page.)

I ordered the Acai Pure and was charged $4.95 and the next thing I know I have Fit factory for $29.95, Myzetrim for $89.31 and CC Nutra for $44.95. I am going to the bank to dispute this fraud because I never agreed to this. This is nothing but a scam, Don't do it!!!!
