Just got this same call.  Did not call back...I think it is a scam. If you said it is a collection agency then it is definitely a scam as I don't owe anyone any money!!

I have been answering calls from this automated number 877-619-3775 for weeks on end. For a specific person who does not live here and I do not know. I finally called the number back and they answered A-1 Credit Recovery. I told the woman that answered the name of the man they keep calling for and specified he is not at this number...she took my number, asked if I was "Carla", I said no as I am NOT Carla, nor did I tell her my name...she took my number and said within 24 hours the calls will stop.

Been getting calls from this number for several weeks. Unknown name so I normally won't pick up.  Picked up the one that came in at noon today and got a recorded message saying "This is an important message for <Name> (and no one in my house has that name). To retrieve this message, call toll free at ..." and that is where I hung up on them.
