"Hello, This is Ms. Andrews calling from income reward. I'm sorry I missed you. Please call me back. Toll free between the hours of 8 AM and 12 midnight, Central time at 1(877) 621-3550. I have some important information for you again that toll free number is 187 7 6 2."

They're most likely trying to scam people by jacking credit card numbers by sending a infected invoice PDF/EXE, install a malware by visiting their site a with the link most likely ending with .php I've already reported their toll free number and I suggest you do the same.

They never give up, I have three hundred and fucking twenty eight voice mails from them..

On May 29th they called me five times from  4:34 pm to 5:21 pm.  I have blocked their number.

CALLS ARE RECEIVED DAILY NOT EVERY OTHER DAY.  AND MULTIPLE CALLS DAILY AS I HAVE PERMANENTLY BLOCKED THIS NUMBER ON MY CELL IT AUTOMATICALLY WILL DISCONNECT.

THEREFORE UR DIALER IS REPETITIVELY CALLING FOR IT THINKS THE INITIAL CALL WAS DROPPED

Have no bills.  Internet says from swiss colony.  Have never purchased food on line.  Stop calling me.  Products suck.

These people call me everyday, my  home phone and my cell,today I answered they didn't even say anything . I regret saying it ,but I told them to  go too hell.

What does the do not call registry do about these callers?

Swiss Colony/Wisconsin Cheeseman/Montgomery Ward....all the same number, same company. I bought a block of the worst cheese in the world from Cheeseman. It tasted like dirty basement, and it was supposed to be pepperjack. It was overpriced, and yes, I paid for it. I made my payment online. But it was nasty!
Anyway, they keep calling, saying I did not make payment, I had to block their number. They do call at least 5 times a day...

Ditto. Fingerhut is just as bad if not worst. Furthermore, The Swiss was just notified that my bank accounts had been hit by the Target "breach" last week........

My first Swiss colony account was opened in 1975. I was 17 years old. It killed me when I had to close it in 1996 and file a bankruptcy. It was my oldest credit account.

I seem to have gotten on the mail order treadmill, with those catalogs that come with an instant credit of $*** etc. Publisher's Clearing House is the WORST. not ever order ANYTHING from them........they split up the bills, and then bombard you with 15 to 20 bills each month for the same thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I  find it completely discouraging knowing that I have worked in collections and now on a separate spectrum of financials to read such unprofessional comments from a representative in any profession!  You catch more bees with hunny! I do hope that the reprsentative(s)  comments on here does not reflect their  own reflections of customer care at work.  Regardless of any persons imperfections with respect to their "IOU's"  you should never act like an inconsiderate disrespectful twit! You represent yourself first and foremost and I  do pray your character as a  human being is alot better than what you reflect!  There are many persons with  debt  and if you wish them to pay to meet your quota,  you should reconsider your approach for a successful outcome  from your phone call purpose at work.

they call me they got a suprise on their a***s. cause the call will switch right over to my attorneys ffice. they will here from him very soon. hes giving them a chance really to straighten this bulls.... out.  if aint done by end if month without notice. theirs gonna be a suite case in view for endangerment of someone getting my personal information as well as they mines. they have f.... with the wrog one. i worked wuth an attorney fir 12 years before i got disabled.

they got my account all mixed up with another persons credit. what happend is since we lie in the sam neighborhead who ever took orders didnt pa attention. now they got me all fowled up with someone else. i have called an attorney on the matter. i dealt with them since 2011 and were never late with my payments called one of customer service representatives to get it straight. bi*** got nasty and smart since i have been a very good customer. after i get this s.... straight i wouldnt reccomend anyone to deal with these unoroffesionalsobs ever.

I cannot really give any more info the number they have is a fake sip phone account but I might set up another call them back to troll them. I'll make the number from China this time and really f*** with them and see how they like the charges of calling me back.

I've never even heard of Swiss Colony. I started getting calls from this number early this morning.

I had 2 calls in less than 4 hours.  Gimme a break.  An dI g=haven't ordered from Swiss Colony in almost 20 yrs

What most people don't know is that there are a bunch of companies all under the umbrella of Swiss Colony.  I got a call, because I owed $20 to ginny's.  That's when I found out that it could be ginny's, country door, seventh ave., tender filet.  I'm sure there's more than that.  I was confused too, because I've never purchased anything from Swiss Colony.

That's pretty disturbing that the time of day you call determines how you will be treated.  I'm curious if upper management at the corporate office are aware of this fact.

Got a call with a partial prerecorded message stating that they had a very important message for me.  If this number is Swiss Colony, do they use this number for telemarketing too?  I've never purchased anything from Swiss Colony that the payment did not accompany the order, so there is nothing in collection.  Oh well, iOS7 allows me to block numbers now, so that is what I'm going to do.

It does NO GOOD to call and speak to a Supervisor. They don't have any more ability to get anything resolved than any other person that we have to speak with on the phone. Customer Service and Collections do not even communicate with each other. I worked in Accounting for over 20 years, and we always handled everything related to a customer's account. But your depts. won't/don't even talk with each other. You put it off on the customer to have to make a half dozen phone calls to get a problem resolved. In the real business, your representatives would Never make it.

yea, well let me tell you something.....collections worker for swiss colony.......you are full of crap. Swiss Colony and all those other little companies are a rip off. More importantly, even if you pay on time and never miss a payment with one, if you happen to miss a payment with one of the other companies, the a***oles that work for these companies with suspend credit on ALL accounts. And even if you pay faithfully every month, and the miss one payment, they harass the crap out of you, until that one payment is made. I have maintained several accounts, and have missed a payment on one account at different times, but have always caught up the next month. I had one where the company owed me a credit, and it took three months to finally get it, and I did THREATEN a lawsuit before you a***oles finally backed off, until the credit was worked out. Get a real job. You people are telemarketers who like to call and harass people.

Yet another professional response from a representative of the company.  She stated it right - DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!  Their merchandise is crap and they will harrass the ever living heck out of you for no reason.  No professional ethics or standards at all. Will have fun printing and mailing to the company all these rude comments by their employees.  TIME FOR SOME HOUSE CLEANING OF EMPLOYEES!
