Yes...this is a legitimate call from the Health Connector. Nice lady on the line.

Not a scam. I did answer unintentionally (thought it was a call I was waiting for). She didn't ask for social security # or credit card or any other private info. She was checking to see if I was having problems re-enrolling (which I am). I wish they had left a message the first time they called, too.

This was Mass Health. I didn't answer it a couple of times then I thought it was a call I was waiting for and learned that it was Mass Health following up on the big mess up with enrolling for next year's coverage. I wish they had left a message the first time they called - I would have called back. Their website is as impossible to use as the feds.

Just received a call from this # and caller left no message. I do not answer any calls that have no caller ID. If this was a legitimate call from Massachusetts health connector I expect they would have left a message. The Health Connector normally communicates via U.S. mail or e-mail. I believe this call was a scam.

If you live in Massachusetts, and you just applied for insurance with the health connector, you should probably answer calls from this number! They just verified my address and my DOB, and said they have my application so I should find out in a couple weeks if I am eligible. I don't think it was a scammer, she mentioned that the call is being recorded and she knew that the address I gave was different from an earlier address they had on file. It was not a robo call when I answered.

Caller ID says: UNAVAILABLE. No message left.
It _could_ be MassHealth/CommonwealthCare calling, because this _is_ their toll-free number, according to their website. However, it _could_ just as easily be a health insurance reform scammer spoofing their number to try to steal your identity info. Lots of that going around these days, so I hear.
So if you answer a call from this number... BEWARE! Make SURE you know EXACTLY who you're talking with BEFORE you give out any personal info!
