got a call telling me i have been in form!!

called this # back and was told I owe $ and they want me to settle out of court....when I asked for more information, they stated did not have any to give and when I stated they can call my Attorney they hung up....Scam.

i really thought it was a scam but me listening to other people i avoid it, and they actually took me to court!
