I have been harrassed by a Nick Stone & Phillip gates who claim he is an attorney. I paid these people some money. Please can someone give me some advise on how to stop these people. Besides I already took care of this matter earlier this year.

I did actually retain an attorney because the debt they are harrassing me about was paid in full in 2010. My attorney can find no record an attorney Blythe name of phillip gates anywhere. When asked to provide his bar member number I was told they didn't know but that I could speak directly with him. I said I would and he wouldn't tell me his bar member number either. They had been calling for three weeks and saying the same thing every time, that they could hold the file until tomorrow. My attorney contacted the county clerk and no case had been filed nor was the case number accurate for my state. They called my family and neighbors. The best advice I can give is stay away from payday loans. They will haunt you forever even if they are paid off.

i know its hard when you only make 7.00 an hour as a low life debt collector and your not making your 15% in collections..a paper boy makes more money then you HAHAHA...RIGHT IDIOT..

my wife recieved a call from a "Phillip Gates" that she was going to be taken to court for a $300.oo loan she recieved supposedly in sept 2011. iit"s now 2012, almost 18mos. later. She calles the company to set up arrangements and called on the day it was to be do. The same man answered the phone and said the total was now $1123.00, and that the $100.00 payment was just the begining. The caller will use make the number he calls from read "911" on the caller ID. When I called the local Sheriff"s Office, the deputy said that this is probably a scam. The rep from INTEGRETY said that he was at the detectives office waitng on the call to make the payment. When I asked to speak to the detective, he said no! . THAT WILL BE THE LAST PAYMENT RECIEVED FROM MY WIFE. AND AFTER READING THE OTHER POSTS, I BELIEVE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really?  They called me at work and said that they were just at my house but I wasn't there.  Funny because law enforcement would be responsible for serving the paperwork, not a "processor."  And my mom is at my home watching my children and she said no one has been there all day.  Hmmm...smells like fraud to me.

@no more debt glad you posted this. i literally did not find it serious until my ex wife gave me a call telling me that they came to her home to serve me some papers. i gave them a call and they allowed me to handle it before it went to court.

what did they charge you with?  and for what?

i got a call too they said they were gonna service me and take me to court though they were a scam but next thing you know i had a state processer at my front door and i did go to court... B***S*** should have pay those f****rs..
