even when u prove it they still dont pay it...debtr are a breed of there own...you owe the money and know it! so why should any debt collector prove anything...the responsible thing is to own up and pay....you know why i dont recieve calls from collectors??? because i pay my bills!! debtrs never evolve!

this number keeps calling me and saying that they have a civil suit against me. I did not receive anything in the mail so my guess its a collection agency, How do I handle I don't answer my phone to unknown callers that are not in my contact list.

I received a call from this number today from a representative named: John Savazo. He stated that he was a law firm trying to collect a debt for a payday loan service. My question to him was why did I not receive correspondence from the debt stating that I owed and that it was being turned over to the courts? He couldn't answer. Wants me to make arrangements with his office by settling for a lesser payment amount and giving my debit or credit card information today.
