They call my mom home saying they are going to send papers to my Job and it is very important that i pay or else i will be arrested when i call i have and x#460 his Name is Christopher Davis and the Other x # 401 his name is MR.MYERS they have manage to take money off my card and lied and said they didn't and it is showing up on my card what can i do to stop these people and get my money back also they say i owe for a check i wrote

SCAM!!!!!!! tHE CALLED AND TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO BE ARRESSTED IF I DIDN'T PAY A DRBT IN THEIR OFFICE. THEY ALL SOUND LIKE THEIR IN ONE ROOM AND THEY CALLED ME OVER AND OVER AT WORK

My mother received a call from this number saying that i owed money and claims were being filed. Are they legitimate companies they do not give any information as to who they are. They just ask for credit card to pay large amounts of money. man by the name of Michael barnett

Got a call at home and at work by David King saying something about a case with a credit card used by someone with my last name who I didn't know. Wouldn't give me any information because of legalities.

They called my mom's house saying they were about to summons me to court for  committing fraud, and they called my friend and told her the same thing.  Didn't think information like that was suppose to be disclosed if it was legit.  I called them and told them I was ill and did not work. They were trying to get money from me right then and there.  The company they said they were working for said they sold my account to Debt Management not them

Michael Barrnett x410 called my work number using a southern ascent and then my personal number using a different voice stating that I owe for some check that I written. I have not had a checking account in years and do not know who these people are. I received a call from a different person two weeks ago which kind of sound like the same person but with a bad impersonation of a southern voice. These call are getting very annoying especially when its at my place of employment.
