Said he was Mike Brown from NationWide Litigation. Wanted me to verify my address but would give me no additional details. I told him to serve me his papers and he got upset with me and began cursing. He also called my Aunt and my Mother and continues to insult them as well. He then called my work and that was it. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. The company is a scam run by losers who can't land real jobs.

Harrasing calls from a "Lyn Obrien" said she had a claim against me but can't tell me who it is. Threatened me and my Manager. Her number is 8779264233

I get a call from Olivia Turner - she calls from 610-978-2936 & 267-540-4113.  Tells me she has my address and is coming to serve me papers.  Gave me 877-631-9680 with a claim number.  Called and could not get any info-rep became irate with me when I asked company name and what I owe for and hung up on me.  i don't owe anyone so not sure what its about?!?!?

read 800 notes. i already filed a complaint with the attny general and about to with the ftc. im going after these jerks.

This really mean woman named Paige Harris keeps calling me over and over and over, leaving awful messages on my voicemail. I answered yesterday and she said she had legal documents and needed my address and I told her I had no idea what she was talking about and who she was with, but she could not give me ANY information. She said "Oh wow this is embarrassing" because I had no idea of her allegations. She left me the 877# on my voicemail and yelled you have been notified. She started calling again this morning so I blocked her #. What the hell is going on? I have not done anything wrong.

This guy Daniel Wood is doing the same to me he called my Brothers house said I was served I told my brother to tell him i am waiting.   They will never show up!!! just scare tactics

I got a guy named Daniel Wood...... same story here. "I am to consider myself served",.... um... isn't there a formal legal process when being served? Pretty sure that is a dude in a suit handing you papers face to face....

I also got a call from this number looking for my son, he said his name was Mark Bowman, he said to consider my son served......How can we stop this?

Some woman called me talking so fast I did not get her name.  They want to serve me papers and wanted my address and give me  claims number 284792.

somebody from 386-277-1156 called my work number looking for my daughter. he said his name was tony banks.Said to call 877-631-9680 about a lawsuit. Then I got threatened that I was hereby served (what, over the phone?) in her capacity

They are calling claiming I will be served. Also I cannot get an address out of them. They also said that to settle this in court so I need to wait until then.

I am getting the same calls. But a guy named Eric Green keeps calling and saying he is a locator for this company and he has papers to serve on me.He actually left a cell phone number on caller id, when I blocked my friends number and called it says he is with the Federal Investigator. He is calling my work and friends, he doesnt have my cell number ( yet) How do I stop this...I cant take this. I dont own a payday loan from 2009...

A Curtis something called my cell phone and wanted me to divulge personal information which I would not. He would not give company he was calling from.  I hung up on him and he called my cell phone 21 times.  He then called my ex husband's house.  This is a scam. I don't know who these people are.

Lynn O'Brien keeps calling  me from this number.  she screams at me then hangs up on me. really  ridiculous.
