A lady left a message on my machine claiming she worked for this company that was calling on behalf of First American, and needed to schedule delivery for my replacement microwave. All this made sense to me since I recently issued a claim for a broken microwave with my home warrantee, and was just notified by the service repairman that First American Home Warrantee will be contacting me to see if I want a replacement or reimbursement on my broken microwave. Luckily I had missed the lady's call and heard her voice message only after I spoke with the repairman first.  The lady left a purchase order number and the 877-634-5321 number to call back. I called several times, and each time I got the busy signal.  I did think it was weird that when she said her name and the company she worked for, it was entirely unintelligible...I listened to the message many times and could not make heads or tails out of her name or the company she worked for. In frustration, I decided to see if I could locate the company by its phone number, not realizing an 877# is not on public records. The only information that was intelligible was the information she wanted me to hear: First American, replacement microwave, schedule delivery, etc. I also thought it was strange since the repairman had told me that First American wanted my approval first, but this lady was already asking to schedule a delivery date for a new microwave. I decided to contact First American directly to see what my status was. I would recommend the same if you get any calls from a third party claiming to represent your insurance company, always verify directly with your insurance company on your own.

they keep calling no message on my anwsering machince they hang up when i pick up and then call them back and they are busy***

These people have been calling me for almost 2 years now! I made the mistake of getting sucked in the first time thinking there was something wrong with my car. then they started asking questions like what make and model it was. After that i knew it was a scam. i never gave them credit card info or anything. but because i acted interested once, now they call me monthly. Today. they called twice. once at 9 this morning and again just now at 5. WTF. i would like to sleep in. I answer now when they call and they tell me they have a great deal for me. I tell them i have told them dozens of times to quit calling and they say no no no this is the first time. i say NO this is the F****NG last time. then they hang up. VERY FRUSTRATING!. and yeh you call back and its busy. they are total peices of s***. and i regret to this day falling for their game.

I just got a call and i totally cursed them out. They were getting on my nerves. Same deal they were trying to sell auto warranty on my vehicle. I told them to get there warranty and stick it were the sun dont shine.

calls from this number on my cell phone at all hours and then they hang up or don't answer.
AT&T can't block numbers on cell phones only on land lines.
How do we get off their call list..........??????

same deal. Answer no one on the other end. call back busy. usually around mid day, but some days multiple times. I am so tired of being harassed by these names less faceless companies just because i want to enjoy the Modern convenience of having a phone.Being a consumer in today's world isn't really what its chalked up to be.

ok so there are plenty of us with complaints about 877-634-5321. My problem is the same as everyone else.  What can we do about it? I get a call every day about the same time with no one on the line.  I wonder if they are doing this randomly and doing something with my number - who knows what. But how do we get rid of it?

They acalled me today 12/2 did not leave a message, I called back and it was busy. They have only called a few times.

They called me today (12/1). They used a pseudonym I used months ago when baiting an auto warranty scammer. These people are scam artists trying to get your money. Watch out!

No message just hangup. Called back, no answer. I want my # removed.
