Over the past 2 days I have received several calls from an Alex Warner who is looking for my son.  He states he has legal paperwork for him to sign and gave a call back number and a case number.  I called the company, a Monica answered the phone, claiming it was a company called Client Management services.  When I told her about what was going on, she transferred me to a Craig Nelson who informed me he would let Alex know not to call my number and I gave him my sons number instead.   At 6:33 am today I received yet another from Alex Warner stating if my son was not available today they would file an affidavit against him for refusal to be served and send him to jail.  After doing some research, and calling the county court clerk offices, and  the local police department we have pretty much determined that these people are scam artists.  We were told IF they actually showed up to let the cops know immediately as it is a Federal offence to do what they are doing.   How these people get away with this kind of bologna is beyond me but they need to be stopped somehow.

this is interesting because a guy named alex warner called my cell a couple of times saying he got papers to serve and to either be at my place of employment or home. whats interesting about this, when he would call it would either show a payphone number or private. when i returned the call, i guess he gave me the 877 636 5963 come to find out its infinity group saying that i owe a loan from 2008 and contacting me just now? now here's the shocker, i called the company today to let the person know name craig nelson that i was goin to send the money on monday but come to find out, he hasnt called back, i left 2 messages and no response, so something smells fishy...

I get the same message from Shawn/Shaun/Sean O'Mara. Says he doesn't know why I've been avoiding him when that was the first call I got but it was to my sister's number. He's called her number twice since Friday.

After reading this I'm sure it's from an old pay day loan.

had one call for a family member whos name was alex warner which he had a very rough loud voice now the same alex is calling me but he has a soft voice.. he said that he has tried to deliver papers for 3 days.. yeah right. i have had ching chongs call me at work and im sick of this crap. these people need to bein jail cuz its illegal

I got a call today from an Andrew stating they were going to drop off paperwork at 4PM today b/c they tried yesterday & had the wrong address (which i have had the same for 6 years). He said i will have to go to court immediately following this. He told me to call 877-636-5963 with any questions & i did & they were extremely rude! This is purely a scam.... I will let you know if anyone shows up at my house!!! I told him i will be waiting with the police!!!

My husband got called at our office. I told the guy I don't know who my husband is.  He then called down to the main receptionist.  His name was Sean O'Mara (someone else mentioned him) and said he has papers to be delivered and he was from A1 Courier.  Today the guy called and said that if he was not available today to get the papers to call 877-636-5963 and reference some case number.  Sounded shady so did research and found this.  What a scammer.......

They starting calling last week, wouldn't give their name or number.  Said they wanted to talk to my husband that he had important documents to sign.  Then they call my inlaws.  Then they called today the girl said her name was Julie Adams and she was going to serve papers this afternoon.  I traced the number that were calling from and tried it and it was out of order.  Then she reference the 877 636 5963 number and rattle off some other number I couldn't understand.  I traced the number she was calling to a gas station payphone across town where I live.  I don't know how the phone company is letting these disconnected pay phone numbers slip by the system.  But someone is computer savy enough to do it.  I will be calling the phone company and reporting it.  I called this 877  said it was the infinity mgt group.  The only company I see online with those names are real estate and marketing (commerical business) companies.

The guy that called me said his name was Shaun O'Mara and that i need to be available between 12-5 tomorrow to get my signature and to present ID??? He didn't state who it was for..

Maybe it's time for people like us to step up and file a class action suit against these guys and the states that allow such practices to happen. They are breaking FTC laws that protect the consumer.

If said suit happens... Then maybe states will tighten the guidelines on these businesses.

I have recieved several calls from the Alex Warner as well. He keeps telling me I need to be available at my home so he can come and serve me with papers. He's "supposed" to come by this afternoon, but so far I haven't seen him. He gave me a file number and the number 877-636-5963 to call. When I did they said I owed over $8000 for an old payday loan. That loan was paid years ago, so I don't really know what to think! Has anyone actually been served by this guy? I didn't think process servers were supposed to call you!

was told they are collecting on a debt allegation and im in litigation. the balance was for an obscene amount of money. its like they created a debt amount.
TO ANYBODY WHO IS FACING ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS BETTER TO BE SUED AND SHOW UP TO COURT AND DISPUTE THIS MATTER THAN JUST PAY THEM. DEBT COLLECTORS BUY DEBTS FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR. NEVER GIVE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT INFO OR ANY PERSONAL INFO TO THEM AT ALL.

send them a certified cease and desist letter so they cannot call. if they sue show up to court to make them prove it. always post online the contacts and make people informed.

I keep getting this call saying he has important papers to deliver to me and needs my signature. I need to contact this number and gives me a case #...they have called my mother's phone also and she calls me all upset saying someone's trying to sue me and I need to call these people back and Im trying to tell her to not take the call its a dirty bill collector...they keep threatening me to come to my employment and home to get me to sign these papers. I have blocked the number from my cell, but he keeps calling from a different # argh~

I received a couple calls stating that I had an order and that I had to be present to sign some documents.  I hadn't ordered anything and the voice mail did not specify the name of the company.  The caller stated he was going to show up to complete the order.
