Ive gotten a call from this 4 x in one day no one leave a message and when I call back the number has been changed or disconnected .

It is Credit bureau Services.  They called on a debt owed to Baptist Hospital in western KY.  They are a legitimate debt collector for the medical industry.  Actually working wtih me as I resolve an issue with medicare related to my fathers estate.  Nothing bad to say about them.

they call my work place and ask for someone who use to work here. Never say what they want but today they left a call back number 1-800-824-3834 I think they have a lot of numbers they use. I'm pretty sure it's a collector but this is a work place and call all the time asking for them by their first name.

they call work asking for someone that use to work here two or three times a day, called ID says toll free service SVC today they left a call back number of 1-800-824-3834 always ask for the person by first name like they would be a friend but they call all the time and this is a work place they are calling. So I have to answer the phone that's my job but they don't get it they just keep calling quick to get off the phone too most of the time they never leave a message but today they did. I think they have a lot of numbers not just those two.. Never say who they are as far as company  or what they want other then ask for the person by their first name. I would say it's a collector.

Another site has this number, 877-639-9490, listed as a debt collector. I never answer unknown calls so I can' say for sure but they call about every two days.

I called this number back.  They did not leave a message.  They could not find anything with our name, address, or phone number.  I asked them what service they were and they informed me that they are a billing service for hospitals.  She then told me someone must have just put in a wrong number.  I was sent to 4 different people to find out we don't owe anything.

From all the calls I am getting on my new phone number, whoever had this number before must have been a deadbeat college student who owes lots of loan companies and they are wanting their money. This number is only one of many I have recieved. I answered some callers at first, and informed them I was not who they wanted.

I called the number and a recording came on for patient services. So, judging by the fact that my husband has been in the hospital quite a bit and we are uninsured, it is either pre-collection with the hospital OR it is a collection agency. Hope this helps.

We have gotten several calls but no one is on the line nor do they leave a message. We don't know who the company is or why they have or number. This is particularly irritating as I am disabled and an amputee and it is very hard for me to get to the phone plus it interrupts my much needed rest.

just got a call from  the same number  the way i see it  if i didn't give you my number then Im not answering  period TIRED OF THE SCAMS

Women called me from this number. Kept asking me what my name is, I asked if I could help her and she kept asking me who I was. She said it was a business matter and I asked what do you want, asked me my name again. I said yes what do you want? She said, what is your name again. Very rude people, if you can not tell me who you are than you have no business calling me. She got upset I guess and hung up. Some on here are saying this is a educational loan company, I would not deal with them. Sounds like a scam to me.
