I just got a phone call from 1-877-641-1046 and said that I owe a bill in the amount of $465.31 for a phone that I never had, if I paid it now it would be $232.67 , if I did not pay it I would get hand cuffed and go to jail. I asked them to give me the account # and name of the company. they did, I call the company and the account # is no good, they were looking to get my money. this is  a scam.

This happened to me I am disputing with my bank.  Called 866-235-7681, and the lady who I spoke to keep trying to talk me into a loan.  I don't want it the loan, of course she keep trying to talk me into it.  I finally told her I want my $30.00 dollars and don't want a loan.  She told me she processed my loan and will be back in my account 3-7 days this was www.yourloan101.com  I already put a dispute in and they will go after the company.   Total scam!!!  Try the number above I actually spoke to a person.

wish me luck!

Call your bank, tell them you did not authorize anyone to remove those fees from your account and you want them pulled back from them and redeposited in your account.  Then ask them to put a selective block on the company that is doing this.  State in your letter that you have tried to call them with them promising to return the money but they have not.  Tell them to google the number themselves and see that it is happening a lot.  This is definitely a scam.  I do not know how they can get our info when we apply for payday loans, title loans or loans online period, but they do and someone needs to stop these people.  The bank has to investigate a fraudulent charge.  Unfortunately once your id is out there they throw it out for a price and hope they can scare people into paying.... or directly removing it from accounts you gave someone else in a supposed trusted site.  Be careful.  You will have to close your account or every 90 days extend the selective block on the companies that are doing this. No matter where you turn, someone is trying to rip us off when we are at our lowest point.... a pay day loan.  Good luck all.

It is so important that we take steps to protect ourselves on the internet.  It really is not a good idea to post email accounts, names, addresses, phone numbers or any personal info that can be used to identify who you are, were you live or even your name.   Vent, complain and give info about incidents to help others but don't hurt yourself even more by putting more stuff out for other idiots to use.

I had this happen recently too.  Not sure how they get the info when you are applying directly to a company for the loan.... but they took out and deposited so many different amounts from .01 to .05...

I looked up the number here and called my bank and they put a selective block on the companies that were doing it from ACH withdrawal's and deposits.  I can't just close this account because I have checks out and auto payments but I will have to eventually.  It only last 90 days and it at least gives me time to make sure all is ok.... and then move on and learn from the experience.

Best thing to do is file an internet fraud case with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and let the feds get involved with the cases.  These folks are liars and scammers and will do anything they can to keep your money.  First they test the waters taking a penny here a nickel there and then they hit folks with the $30.00 charge.  It costs nothing to file at the FTC website and it gets the attention of folks who can shut these people down for illegal operations.

$30.00 was taken out of my bank account with the phone #866-761-1124 which also belongs to www.yourloan101.com.  There was a fake application on their website with some of my information.  Most of the info was incorrect.  I did not receive any money and had not visited their website.  I am going to contact the Attorney General's Office to help locate these crooks.

I had this company to debit my bank account for .05 and .01 cents. I have never applied for any loan the information that they gave me was not my ssn, phone # or address. they stated that they did not find an account for me. I stated if can't find any account who authorized  to take money from my account. she asked  me if i applied for a payday loan I advised her I never had. she asked me to send a copy of my bank statement. Why will I send you something that you are illegally taken money out of. I advised that I will be speaking with my attorney and that charges will be filed against them. The lady informed me that they will put the money back I told you will put that back and more and hung up.

They actually refunded my $30 yesterday. I will now file fraud claim with my bank and open new acct so this will not happen again. For any of you out there that have had this happen, be diliegent. Dont let them keep what you've earned that they have taken illegally! I am hoping soon enough complaints against these thieves and others like them will be shut down! How unfair is it for these criminals to prey on people that just needed a few extra $$ to get by til payday! Crooks need to be punished! Good luck and keep calling these people, every day if you have to.

Just to follow up from whats been going on for 3 wks now. I have not gotten my $30 back and just got off the phone for the 4th time with these swindlers! Every time i call they are quite polite yet every last one of them have eastern accents. I never got an email with the supposed refund code. I waited a wk to call back just to see if I needed to prod or threaten to get my funds back. My bank wants me to file a fraud claim if and when i get money back. So at least my bank is willing to assist with legalities. I told them today if my account was not debited back I would file a claim with my states atty general and mentioned there were over 50 complaints of fraudulent bank withdraws all over the internet. They remained apologetic and never hung up on me. Some other on here stated they were rude and hung up. I tried my hardest to not loose my cool. Hard to do when I hate to be taken advantage of and lied to and fed a BS story. 1st call was 3-5 business days to refund my money. Next call was 5-7 days and then was told today its been 7 business days, Friday being a holiday and it would be another 3 days to receive a refund. Now that pissed me off completely! I told the girl today that Ive been given 3 different time frames that they said I'd get a refund. I also told them that my bank is filing fraud claim on them for taking money without authorization. I did file a fraud claim on IC3 internet crimes about this company. I may or may not get my $30 back but I hope with all the crap these people are pulling(on people that needed extra cash to begin with) get locked up, or class action lawsuit or some sort of punishment for the stress and STEALING peoples money!! I could sure use the few extra $$ right now until payday!! So annoyed. I will never open myself up for this again. Found a local paycheck advance company. Theyre rates are just as high but at least I know they wont illegally take my $$

ok so i checked my account today and say that there was a debit to my account in the amt of .01 and a credit of .05. although they credited .04 more than they withdrew i knew i didnt' have a loan out and have not applied for one. good thing i have a zero liability account. so any deduction that is done without my authorization will be credited back to my account. basically the internet is an open book to your world and to be honest i am not going to be putting my information on this computer system these damn hackers are getting on my nerves....seriously

I found this company had put $.05 into my account and then taken $.01 out. When I tried to call, there was only a recording. There was another company with the phone number of 888-467-4349 that did the same thing, put $.03 in and took $.01 out in three different transactions. That company answered and actually told me there was going to be a $30 charge. I screamed at the guy and he assured me that I would be removed from their system by the end of the phone call. I will be watching my account closely.

I think this came from 123wages.com, a payday loan company that called me when another website turned me down - like within two minutes of the other website. The 123wages website never approved or denied my loan but all of a sudden two different companies are depositing and withdrawing pennies from my account when I authorized no such activity. If you try to call 123wages, they immediately ask for your SSN before you can be transferred to anyone!!!

Watch your accounts closely!!! Mine is a brand new bank account, and I only applied to ONE place with this account information, and this is what happened.

Strange!  I didn't have $30 taken out of my account.  But they deposited 5 cents and then took out 1 cent.  I called my bank and they are putting a stop on any of these types of deposits/withdrawals happening to my account.  I never got a call from these people either.  However I have been getting calls from other numbers claiming I owe money to their client and that they are coming to arrest me.  I have spoken to our local law enforcement, since I have an officer who works with me, and he told me that they know they are not coming from our country.  Guess they just can't handle that we got Bin Laden and won't to try to get back at us.  Hope everybody gets their refund, but I hate to say that I really doubt it.  It's hard to get these people since they aren't in our country.
