Grace Shim has called my work and mobile numbers.  Now they are using a local number that has an automated voice telling me to call because they have a FEDEX package to deliver.  Scam to get me to call.  Just send it.

Someone - said her name was Grace Shim- my husband took the call - she told him someone had placed a complaint against me--he told her I was at work and I did not take calls at work--they called where I worked anyway--a coworker took message for me to call this number and ext. for Grace Shim was 9185---caller id on my phone said unknown number.

Yes they  call  my cell phone number my wife   cell   and daughters   .   its against the law  to call
you on the cell phone with out  your permission  .   My advise   do  not call them back  they do  not
even say who they   are   .   just report them   FTC   FBI   GENERAL ATTORNEY

I keep getting calls from this Indian speaking guy that calls himself Mr. Peterson.  I do not talk to them and just let the answering machine get it.

They keeping calling my home and cell for someone I DON'T KNOW.  I just don't answer.  They are a pain.  I wish I knew how to get rid of them.

They keep calling me even though I have asked them to stop. How do I get them to stop? I am not the person they are looking for.

I received a message at a number at the home where I have not lived for 20 years.  I called back but didn't give them the reference number, insisting that they first tell me what the nature of their business was.  They refused to tell me anything without me giving them my name or number.  After "Grace" figured out that I wasn't going to budget, she hung nup.  Its a scam.

Interesting... I got a call from this number at my job asking for a family member and saying they have an order that needs to be delivered and need to verify the mailing address...  sounds and smells of a scam to me... the called id showed "Unknown number" but this 877-641-4828 is given as the call back number for Amanda Taylor... they don't even give the name of their company... bogus...

Recieved a voicemail message for my boyfriend about an account that was placed with their office. Said they have a judgement agaist him that's tied to his SS # and address; we havent lived at that address since 2007
I called them back and told those b*****ds to stop calling me and they said I was in the system as his wife..WTF we arent married and we have seperate phone #'s; they have been added to the reject list on my phone

Got a voicemail from this number today, said his name was Brad Mitchell and that there was an 'affidavit of assignment attached to (my) social security number', whatever that means. I found his final words funny - 'thank you, and good luck'. Yeah, good luck getting me to call you back!

I called this number from a general use phone at work. This number is for a collection company called SRA Associates. They mainly handle, home, other real estate, auto loans (including deficiency balances), and credit cards from what I read. So, they do a little of everything but if you read closer it is lots of charged off accounts so beware. They are probably out of the statute of limitations for collection and once you answer the phone there is the possiblility of the debt being renewed because they consider that valid contact (per my lawyer, I have gone through this too much lately after trying to clean up some mistakes).

Called an old friend with telling them they had a package for me and gave her a tracking number to call and give to them.I too have a bk and so I was glad to read these posts.

Also, I'm sure they read these posts at some point so I would like to say to them. Do you hate your job? Cause I feel sorry for you "Samantha" that you have to go to such pathetic extremes. I'm listed. If a collector calls and says they're a collector, I'm more than willing to answer. But of course I've gotten no such call.

Don't know who this is or why they would call my ex husband if this is something that cocerns me.  I have has no accidents as they claim and don't  appreciate or respond to harrassment

Got a call from this number about trying to deliver a "package" to an old address I haven't lived at for 10 years.

Said they had a legal claim against me and I needed to call to avoid further prosecution and state my side of the complaint.

I received a call from this number stating that failure to reply to the call would results in further criminal action.  No other information was specified.  This is fraudulent.  Anyone receiving calls from this number should report it to the Feds; also do not give them any information:  social security numbers, checks or credit card numbers.

i was out of country for two weeks, i arrived yesterday and i got 4 or five voicemails from that number, telling me thant my friend complaint files against me, the fact is, i dont have any friend in usa.. and i really did't do anything wrong, and what the f*** they want from meeeee..

Also they left a message on my step son's phone claiming I filed a insurance claim.

They say they are SRA Assc, a third party collection agency.  They called me and said I was being sued for check fraud, however the debt they were claiming I owed, was discharged under bankruptcy ages ago.  They don't care and just got rude.  Thier practices are illegal.
