Then, the same young lady as the second message(both recorded while I was out for about an hour)sleepily repeated my wife's name twice, and hung up. Second message: Youngish female(sounded Afro-Amer. to me) sounded like she was reading a script(without much interest), said she was required by law to inform us, this called was an attempt to collect a debt, etc., said she was with NCO Financial Systems Inc., said the message was for my wife, then gave this number.
