not much to say-the calls come at ten minute intervals in the morning and then again in the evening.

Sometimes 10 a day by the time I get home. Never a message. Answer and you get a click=disconnect.Real pain,no one picks up with a call back.

Woman called from this number, asking to speak to my wife, claiming to be "from U.S. Bank". We have a checking account there, and the better looking half also has a Visa through them. I asked what she wanted as I was (my wife's name)'s husband and "also on the account". She said; quote: "Oh, you're also an authorized user of the card? Good, I didn't have that information. What is your full name and date of birth, sir?". I declined to answer that, explaining that I gave out NO information to unsolicited callers, even though they were from my bank, and asked for a callback number. She reluctantly gave it to me, 877-642-7126 (just as it showed on Caller ID). The call back of course, went to this Central States Indemnity Company.
Fancy Telephone Solicitor falsely identifying themselves as a bank that you do business with.

The number belongs to Central States Indemnity, PO Box 34888, Omaha NE 68134. Their fax number is 402-997-8017. I was just given the sorry excuse that US Bank hired a telemarketer to call my number - problem is, my number is a dedicated fax line which the bank has no knowledge of. So just how did they get it? I would think the telephone company though it's an unlisted number. In any case, I am reporting them to the FTC as they have been told numerous times to remove me from their call list. I have been keeping my caller ID lists too prove their calls as well. I am also sending them a fax requesting removal, too. I'll post further if this works.

I get 10 to 12 calls almost every day from 877-642-7156. They typically come between 9:00 and 12:00 AM, but occasionally will get one in the afternoon. I have never connected with anyone, it always disconnects when I pick up the phone.

I get a lot of calls from 877-642-7156 that almost always disconnects when answer. Once I did get someone to talk. They said they were calling from US Bank. My wife and I do not have a bank account there, and no credit cards through them. So that is not what is involved, ut she wouldn't say exactly what she wanted other than asking for my name and address to "Check her records." I refused to give her any information and she hung up. Since she said she was from US Bank, I called the local bank and they referred me to the corporate offices in Minneapolis, MN. I called the corporate number the local bank provided and got U.S. Bancorp. I explained what is going on and complained to whoever answered the phone in Minneapolis. She said she would pass it to her supervisor and was told "they will call you regarding this problem". As you would guess, its been 13 days and still not call from Minneapolis. I have been keeping track since then, and over the last 13 weekdays, it averages 17 calls per day, most coming between 9 AM and 2 PM. On the 2 weekends, I got an average of 11 on Saturdays, and 6 on Sundays, again, the calls come between 9-2.

Called them back, kept punching zero through the phone mail maze, and finally got a live operator. Asked to be put on "do-not-call", refused to give my name, or any other identifying info, other than the phone number. We'll see.

Answered the phone. The other line disconnected almost immediately after i said Hello

This call is from Central States Indemnity. If you have a Bank of America Card these people received your info from BOA and they are aggressivly selling insurance that will be billed on your BOA card. My daughter apparently fell for the "30 day trail" period and now months later we see that Central States Endemnity has been billing $35-$45 monthly on her BOA card. BOA states Central States Endemnity is a "separate entity" and they can only refer us to them. Central States Endemnity said that BOA marketing representives contacted my daughter and she agreed to the charges. They only need a verbal agreement to bill your credit card.
BOA shares your credit card info and contact info to these agressive telemarketers!

Calls several times a day. Today I answered the phone. I couldnt hear them so I asked them to speak up. They asked for my son so I asked them to hold on. I put the phone down and left them holding until the line went dead. hahahahahahah

They call me at least once a day! I have called them back everytime they call and tell them not to call me. I have told them to put me on their do not call list. I was told it takes about 2-3 weeks to get off their list and that I still will be rec calls until then. I have no idea who thay are or what they do.
