I have been getting calls from this Longview  Acquisition Debt Collection agency with the number of 877 872 6559, the person name is Patrick Sullivan, he's called my mother's cell phone while she is at work and he's also has called my place of employment 2 days in a row and talked to my immediate supervisor and my supervisor was able to get what all this is all about, for some reason there was a discrepancy in Hawaii and for some reason or another someone used my identity, I have never been to Hawaii in my whole life and Patrick Sullivan has called my place of employment repeatedly and has threaten to come to my place of employment to serve me papers! I called and told the guy to never call me or my place of employment!

I had the same issue - called my mother-in-law stating they needed to reach me. I talked with alleged locator who gave me a 508 phone number which is a number not in service when I called. Also was given 877-872-6559 number to call which is, you guessed it, Longview Acquisitions about a pay day loan. Interestingly I called the actual payday loan company which tells me that the loan is still in their office and has not been sold to any collection company. already got scammed out of a lot of money with another company. I will be happy to meet them to be served and will have a local police officer with me

And thats another thing!!! Ssn #'s!???! This is insane ppl screw the money right now it looks to.me they pissed off distressed and harmed you by the tons i think all of us should meet up:) you know we could all stop this together

This is a scam. They have a number they leave on the voice mail and once you give them your information the number is no longer valid.

I got a phone call today and it was from  Long View Acquisitions. His name was Jack Ordeing.  He first called my phone with a restricted number and I didn't answer due to the fact that I was at work.  He then called at my work and I answered since I am the receptionist for the office and he requested HR he then attempted to ask for the District Manager first of all any garnishments of any kind go through our HR Department which was a red flag. I then called the number provided 877-424-3385 Another thing was they were asking for me in my Maiden name not My married name which was another Red flag he was very rude. I asked for documentation and he said I don't need it since I was the one who took out this supposed loan.  I also got a call for the so called "Locator" and of course the number was blocked he said he was trying to get a hold of me all day and needed to serve me . He the said he needed to verify my location and I told him you should have that if you are trying to serve me with papers then do it.  He said he didn't want to come to my work I told him if that is what needs to be done please do.  He got angry and just hung up.  

Yes called my job demanding to speak with a supervisor or HR. I just hung up phone then called my cell phone and left a message. I tried calling back, voicemail comes on but you cant leave a message phone hangs up. I sent them a text which I hope they have text to voicemail and told them they are scammers and Do Not call my job again and told them they have been notified like the message they left for me...I hate I ever used internet pay loan...The women was out of breath from reading the script....Lol!!!

I received the same call they called my fily members on their cell phones. They even called and interrupted as an emergency call. Is it a scam because they said the bill is from 2011 from Riverside and they have a case # wg334...  Is this a scam?

I got several calls from an unknown number. It was a lady that wanted my address so she could "serve" me.  I refused to give it since I have no idea what she is talking about. She told me the company was Longview acquisitions but didn't have any more information about it. She gave me a different 877 number to call so I did.  When I called the woman asked why I had defrauded the company and they were trying to get me for fraud. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about. Then she said it was a payday loan from over 3 years ago. I filed bankruptcy a few months later and that was included in the case. She then put me on hold and came back and said "u will ok longer get calls from us. We were. Not notified of bankruptcy, but we can see it now". 3 years after bankruptcy and now they won't money. That's what bankruptcy court is for. Idiots!   And they called me a fraudster!

Received threatening calls from Longwood Acquisitions Phone Number - 877-603-1312 x410 I ask them to prove their claims and they refused - saying that they already sent us documents that we did not receive.

They've contacted my brother 3X looking for me. Said that i had a case and everything. Got on here and its a good thing i did too otherwise i would have called back. The number they have my brother was1 877-743-5305. Not sure if they are using different numbers for everyone else, but thanks for the heads up. Told my brother they are a scamming company and to not worry about it

Your welcome! I couldn't agree with you more on this! Luckily the team is available to help folks and head off a lot of this here before they have scared a lot of folks into paying. Some still get through and get money though out of people. We also get shills on some of these like numbers in which we take on head first. These criminals really have a lot of gall!

Have your receptionist reply to him that the real Law Enforcement will be waiting for him if he gets through again. That should cause a quick hang up! LOL!

Thank you for the info. I did file with the Attorney General's office. Today I received 3 blocked calls and one message, this time from David Bower, he then called my work and told my receptionist that if I didn't respond in 30 min he would show up personally and wanted to know our salon protocol for serving someone papers, needless to say he never showed up. I am savvy enough not to fall for this, but there are people who can and will get scared by these calls and get screwed, it's awful!!

My dad sent me a text earlier today saying that someone from 877-318-0962 case#WG336922 called his cell and was looking for me. I called the number and it was Longview Acquisitions stating that I was going to be charged with fraud for a payday loan in 2010, one that I didn't take out. I asked for documentation she told me that I should have received some already since it "had gone through collections" and I told her that I wanted to see a contract that I signed for this loan, she told me the check into cash had me on security cameras showing 2 forms of i.d. I told her I had cashed checks there before but no loan she got nasty when I asked for proof again. Then I hung up. She new the last 4 of my ss# and somehow their locator found my dad's number. I then got a call that was blocked from Joe Romero saying I hadn't contacted the number, which I had done and would be seeing me personally at my last known address  and had just a couple of hours to deal with this. I have yet to see anyone personally or receive another phone call. They also informed me that I would be subject to $35000 fine and jail.

I received 2 call from them today 1 on my cell and 2 at my job stating i need to pay this money asap or they will serve me at my employment. I asked for more information the just insisted that i owe this money. The number the lady left me was 877-318-0962 ext 318 named Dan he insisted they will take further action against my employer

A girl names "Macy Green" Called me and I told her to have me serves by the sheriffs. I do not see it happening. My thing is, they have my CA address but not me GA address. They also have my GA phone number. Makes no sense to me. Thank you for the heads up.

I received a call from Rachel Abrams which stated that she needed my address to serve me and this is the last opportunity I have to take care of this matter and I have been officially notified. She left a call back number of 1-877-318-0962 to the law firm that is handling the claim and gave me a claim number beginning with WG. i called the number and it stated it was Longview Acquisitions. I immediately searched them on the internet and this site came up. I can't find this company anywhere. It was such a relief to see this is a scam but disheartening to read how many people are impacted and how ruthless these people are. I'm glad I did the research first. I did the same for the very same reason but I called my bank and disputed the charges and told them it was fraud. The bank started to invest she them and I got my money back

I received a call on my cell phone from a "restricted" number.  I NEVER answer those calls and they did not leave a voicemail.  They then called my oldest son's cell phone (he also knows better than to answer) but they did leave a threatening message in his voice mail.  The message was about my YOUNGEST son (who had taken out a payday loan several years ago but had paid back in full & he has the proof it was paid back).  They informed my oldest son that my youngest son had 1 opportunity to pay off his claim before other action was taken and gave the number 877-288-3254 as well as a claim number to reference. How this company got my older son's cell phone number is anyone's guess since he recently got a new number.  I called the number and referenced the claim number.  They had my youngest son's name and threatened to have him arrested.  After I advised them that I worked for law enforcement and it would be pretty difficult to arrest him on a civil matter they changed their story but continued to threaten.  Please don't fall for these scams - especially if they say they are going to send an officer to arrest you.  Law enforcement NEVER arrests you for not paying a loan.  You can only be arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay a Fine.  My suggestion is this - buy a whistle.  When they start threatening you, blow it as hard as you can into the phone.  I can almost guarantee the calls will stop.

They called me too and I have a few payday loans I must pay back but these people Longview acc. Called me and acted like they were the law on a restricted block # and then gave me there 877 419 9539. But I look on line with a relief to see u guys are going thru the same problem. got 3 calls on my cell phone then they left a voicemail on my supervisors phone he was worried and ask me to come to his desk and listen to the voicemail, called them back after seeing all the complaints on the internet..she stated this was a third party locator service told her I was recording her call and she could send me whatever she needed to send me in the mail because obviously they located me if they have my cell, work, and supervisors number...she said she needed to verify my informationa and ask for my SS# told her to send me the information in the mail and she ask if i wanted to know why she was calliing....I said no not really and hung up..not two seconds after I hung up the same girl left another message with the exact verbage stating this was my last warrning and the papers would be served by 2:00 if I did not call them back....I am waiting for the rest of my family to call me saying they called them too......BIG SCAM

These are really scams because if a person calls your phone they should know why they calling. These people refuses to give any info. I have done this type of work before and anytime u are calling to collect money all infois given on what u are collecting on....please don't give these people your info.   One more thing it is illegal for them to call your number so many times in one day.

I received a call from this same company.  Very rude and refused to give any details.  The lady hung up on me and said I would be served at my place of employment. I told her I would file a complaint under the Federal Fair Debt Act.  She said, "Oh you seem to know everything!"  So unprofessional.  I told her to not call my number again.  She said she would continue to call.  She called my daughter's number to leave a message for me.  It is a first class scam.  DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY.  They will call your job because they know it is embarrassing to get debt calls on your job, but just stick to your language and tell them do not call you and you are not sending them any money and if they don't leave you alone you will file a complaint with the Federal Government.  The number they left for me was 877-418-2689.  But they called me blocked.
