It's not a "scam". As mentioned in earlier posts, it is Family Mobile, one of Wal-Mart's phone plan departments which is actually tmobile in contact with them. So, as requested (should you actually answer the next time) they do not identify themselves but simply ask for you Family Mobile pin (4 digits) which gets you to T HEIR identification section and why they called (which is nearly always a final reminder that your cell phone bill payment is past due.  There you go, mystery solved!

I get calls from these jokers almost daily lately........   Tried to call them so they dont call me anymore, but it is an automated response so you dont get anywhere,,,,,   Idiots...

Yes, it is Walmart. if you have phone service with thme, they will stalk your phone until you pay!!! Like, 3-9 times a day, like you didnt get the first call! Smh

It's T-Mobile.  I just got a text telling me that my bill is past due, but I never got one in the mail.  I've only had T-Mobile for five weeks, and the service  sucks.  I can't get a signal to make a call, I can't text, and I can't get on the internet.  I don't even have a number to contact them to cancel the service.

I'm going to cancel mine too because the only thing I can do with my phone is take pictures.  I can never get a signal to make a phone call, I can't text, and I can't get on the internet, so this so-called "service" is useless to me.

You are probably right because I've had T-Mobile for about five weeks, but I haven't received a bill yet for the first month.

I don't know about you, but I've gotten this call and I don't use this plan. I have AT&T and they call asking for my SSN because my Walmart Cell Phone plan is past due. I think it's a scam

The number 877 645 6001 is Wal-Mart Family Mobile reminding you that your cell phone bill is past due. They do not Id themselves and just ask for your pin or last 4 of your SSN. Then they Identify themselves as Wal-Mart. This is a legitimate call

I know its the walmart number but i cancelled it and just use the phone for games but somehow for some reason they keep calling.  and at tthis point it can be considered harassment.  I cancelled it because of the terrible signal reception and just got straight talk and have service everywhere i go.  

God. People like you are so stupid. Posting "stop calling!" isn't going to make the calls stop.

Call 4-5 times a day. Does not leave message!! I don't answer calls with numbers that I am not familiar with!!.

I get a call from this # 4-5 times a day. Does not leave a message. When you call it back it prompts you to put in the # your calling about which I have no idea what they are talking about so I hang up! They can leave a message or I will ignore, but it is very harassing!!!!

This is a number (877-645-6001) from Walmart's Family Mobile Plan reminding you (automated) that you are overdue on your bill. They tend to call a couple of times per day and they may even call you a day after you catch up on your bill.

I have received many calls from this number.  It looks familiar for some reason.  I didn't answer it because of fears it was a telemarker or bill collector.  I don't answer calls without caller ID name as a rule anyway.

I returned the call to see if an automated answer would identify it and it answers but does not identify it - it just asks you for your account or SSN.   No way man...

This doesn't pass the smell test.  I don't care who it is, even the IRS...I won't answer or return the call if they don't identify themselves and you shouldn't either.

Oh and...they never leave a voice mail.  Again, can't be important and very doubtful it is legitimate in any sense of the word.

Out of the blue saying give us the last 4 of you social? Yeah right ! "...and the combination to my safe deposit box is...". Thank God there is a No Call list... I just don't think I could stand it. Fat lot of good IT does...

these people call to tell you that you have been selected to receive a gift card. they want your debit card 16 digit number. not gonna get it from me! Defintily a scam !
