It is a collection agency named -- 'ELEMENT GLOBAL SERVICES" --  they called me blocked and left a message with that toll number on it -- they are threatening to take you to court if you don't pay your payday loan. These people are crazy with what they say on the phone - I called my State Attorney Generals Office
