How do I Send SMS ?

These low life people are back in business again with the same phone number.  The police or FBI did not do anything for my case.  Anyone elso have luck getting them arrested or getting your money back?

Please be sure and change all you account information so they can't take money out of the account they were suppose to deposit the money in.  We closed our bank account.

I got scammed too.  Mark Zimmerman and Peter Higgins.  Just went through a divorce and needed the money badly.  Sent 1210.00 to Spain. What an idiot I was.  I live in Florida and called my local sherriff's fraud office who said I need to file the police report with the Arlington, Va police department which I did.  It's easy,  online.  I also filed claim reports with the FBI, FTC and Western Union. I also closed out my bank account and opened a new one. This is what the deputy said to do.  

All of these agencies are online.  Call your local police department for info.  Please file reports, that's the only way you will ever see any money back.  If you don't file,  you will lose for sure.  

Western Union said that they worked with the police to check out the camera's where the money was picked up.  I blame them somewhat.  But I blame myself more.  These guys knew what they were doing.  Very professional and it's really scary.  We need to fight back.  I've been in the finanicial business for years and I fell for it.  Don't be ashamed.  We're all in the same boat.  

I'm sure these names that they gave us all are false too.

I haven't receive my refund and it's been 2 months and when i called there number it's disconnted

go also to the banking commission - you can find you local one here www.banking.state.ny.us - file a complaint with them also  I feel Western Union should be liable as they have the worst rules for picking up money it is too easy - we need to change it.

I wonder  if  the name Jason Morris an alias for who this crook really is??

Yes, these people are the absolute scum of the earth.

Steven Butler was the person that called me and introduced me to the criminal operation.  Jason Morris
should be locked up for life.  They took my money and now they have disappered into oblivion.  

How can we recover the money?   How can we catch these scummy scammers?

Anyone heard any news about north gate. I reported same situation to  local police. Just wondering what if any police action was going on.

I hope everyone on here is OK.  It's been kind of quite here since those scammers closed down.  Keep the faith that we will all recover our money and they will be locked up for many years.  Also keep letting everybody know cause Northgate may reopen under another name and scam others.

file a report with the ICS under the FBI web page - I have spoken to them and they said to file with them as they work with FBI make sure you put down your western union receipt #s for sending the money- then contact your politicians to get strict with Western Union as to sending money - they must change their policy so it will be harder to have the people picking up the money get it.  this is why criminals use them too easy

I also have a voicemail from Jason the scum bag not getting rid of it anytime soon that scum bag also Cameron Davis man he fooled me i thought he was a really nice guy i'm a fool so sick over this really put me behind. let's get these scums

It not your fault we all thought we were smarter but they were really good.  Even when my gut was telling me no I listened to them.  Even when I called Jason a scammer he was saying no no no not me.  He will pay for his crimes one day "what goes around comes around".  I had a feeling they would be gone by today or tomorrow cause these are the days they were telling people they would have their refund back.

I have already filed the the police, western union, FBI, BBB and FTC.  My greatest joy would be them locked up for the next 20 years being someone prison cell boy.

I so agree with you we all need to do this together i have filed a report with everyone i can think of. Let's bust the SCUM BAGS.....

to you all who have been scammed by North Gate Financial please call your F.B.I. they will tell you what you need to do but these scums need to be caught so we can be the ones at the end laughing at them. Please contact them. I went on ic3.gov that's the web page for them please file a claim lets all work together to get these scums...

I got suckered!  I have been talking to the same Jason Morris for a month.  I sent first 1,700 and then another 1700, complication with the loan, same deal. Refund was supposed to be today.  I just called and they are out of business.  I feel so bad, I thought I was smarter than that.  I even talked to him on Friday and he said if I was legit I would not answer your call.  I should have known better...

UPDATE!!! Northgate Financial Services has officially closed down. The phone number has been disconnected. The website has closed down as well. I have filed a report with the FBI, my local police department as well as Western Union. I don't know if this will help get my money back but at the least it will stop them from doing this to someone else. I did find out that it is against the law for any company to ask for payment for a loan which is why they asked me to send the money outside of the country. PLEASE PEOPLE!! Keep posting your comments and lets put a stop to this kind of madness. My kids are due to start school in a week and I don't have money for clothes or school supplies. This can't be allowed to happen to anyone else.

well guy's and gals them scum bags just changed there number or had it disconnected i guess my phone calls scared them i know whoever they scammed call western union they know who picked up the money now all's i have to do is file a police report i hope all you who were scammed do the same good luck to you all.. I'm not stopping till there in jail.......

they scammed me i sent them 1900.00 western union now i'm really screwed they will not answer my calls or anything can we all get together and do something i thought this was against the LAW... I guess i'm wrong... please lets all get together and do something about these scums make there kids do without...........

if you sent cash and have the receipts to western union that is the proof as my bank said it is a breech of contract on their part and you did not receive your goods as they put it - make sure you file a complaint with western union and get a copy - bring a copy of the contact that Northgate sent  you - Monday I am calling the FBI and giving them this site - they have a copy of the ID who picked up the money and where it was picked up - so we can go from there with the FBI.  I am going to be able to get my money back because it was fraud - make sure you stop your checking accounts from anyone going into it and open up new ones - they can go into your accounts on your pay days and steel more money

HI why are you out of a place to live - just curious - email me at lnfee2@aol.com - I am going to try and setup a page where we all can go and list our names, addresses and how much we lost - I am going to send it to the FBI for them to look into it.  For now if you want to send this information to me at my email I will start a list.

Unfortunately you can't the only way to get it back is to have sent it from a bank - make sure you file with the police department also so there is a record - / file with western union / we have to try and catch them so we can all make out with a nice sum of reward money

Send a complaint to the Barcelona Police Department - I just did with your western union pick up # - they are going to get a copy of the people who picked up the money ID - you have to file a report to keep them informed.  Also call western union and file a report on them -  you may be able to get your $ back if you go to your local police department and file a fraud report and bring it to you bank.  

I put a warning out on facebook also - remember DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE VIA WESTERN UNION that is how scam artists work - I fell for it also.
