Jeff is one busy guy considering he can volley between all these states!  I call BS and am stunned places get away with this crap. As a law student, I am considering opening a case based on fraud against these people.

have you heard anything about them, they spoke to my employer and he thinks its a scam.

I  just received a message at my home telling me I was going to be prosecuted for several complaints, I am trying to block this number. This is not the first time this has happen and when I called them on it they stop calling.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM MELISSA HOPKINS 877-663-5576 X 310, SCREAMING INTO MY WORK EMAIL THAT SHE WAS WITH THE STATE PROCECUTION OFFICE, STATING SHE WAS SENDING A SERVER TO MY JOB AND FILING BANK FRAUD CHARGES. SHE CALLED MY SISTER LEAVING HER THE SAME VOICE MAIL MESSAGE. WELL I CALLED THE STATE PROCECUTION OFFICE AND THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST HER. THEY WILL BE CALLING HER TODAY AND MY LAWYER, BECAUSE SHE LEFT THIS MESSAGE ON MY WORK VOICE MAIL.

Same thing happened to me.  They called my ex husband, my daughter, and my parents home looking
for me.  I got a call from a Jeff Vanderbilt who says he is a processor for Norfolk County threatening to
serve papers either to my home or my employer regarding a criminal complaint against me.   I so far
haven't talk to the dude however, I did call the number and the voice mail answers too either
predators of creditors.  The number I called is 877 663 5576 ext. 407.  I have been getting several
calls from different people pulling the same crap.  I'm getting tired of it...

This is the exact thing they said to me... I told them to send me in writing what I supposedly owe and they said no, because they do not mail anything... I told them to bring it on.... I could tell they were full of crap. it is just embarressing to get those kind of calls at work.

This number called my cell phone and my place of employment stating that they need to serve me papers and that they need to speak with my supervisor because they do not want to serve me the papers in front of my co workers. When you call the number the automatic system says you have called Creditors...They want you to pay more than what was borrowed. THEN when you can not, they say they are having the forms processed and they will have me served. AND they hung up the call. What creditor hangs up on the people who want to pay...THIS IS FRAUD and I will not stand for it.

Just got the same call..saying a process server was coming to my job..they were taking me to court and having criminal charges filed against me.

Called and stated they had 3 formal complaints against me and they would be sending someone to my home and place of employment... I have no idea who these people are
