This is a scam.  Do not give these people ANY information.  Contact the FBI or Homeland Security and report them.  When these scammers call tell them you know it is a scam and to stop calling.  If they were legit they would (by law) have to provide "validation of debt" in writing.  They can not provide a validation of debt because they are SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A close friend of mine, that I haven't seen in person in ages, messaged me on FB to say that someone from this number 877-663-7913 ASC called her asking if she knew me and would be able to get a hold of me.  Provided a reference number and all and stated it was about a fradulent check issue.  The caller told my friend that they would subpoena her!  Of course my friend was alarmed and messaged me immediately.  Based on what I'm reading from other posts listed here, this is definitely some ridiculous scam.  How dare this company!  SCAM ARTISTS.

I got a call this morning from and unknown number. The man stated he was calling for a current warrant and hope  the person does not get picked up by the law. It was a man .

A woman called from a blocked number. She said she was a process server for the state. Gave me the 877 number and a file number to resolve a fraudulent check issue. According to the state search, I have no such cases pending in the state system.

These people haved called left message on my voice mail. They say they are with an attorney's office and I have written a bad check. They leave a case number but does not sound like a court case number. They also say I will be served at my place of employment or at my home. There is too much background noise and outher conversations going on for me to believe that this is an attorney's office. I called the number and a recording said thank you for calling the ACS Office.

VERY threatening call from Agent whoever saying the marshalls and law were gonna come get me for a bad check ....
